  Great value

  Stayed at the hotel for couple nights for work. Staff were very friendly on reception. I was stuck for buying food as the restaurant is currently closed but the receptionist had pointed out the table with all the takeaway menus on in town which all delivered to the hotel. Sanitisers are in place throughout reception with masks signs too. It was very reassuring to find the staff challenging guests who werent wearing masks. Room was very clean and warm with the radiator on ready for arrival. I felt very safe staying here. Thanks Haverhill

  Excellent, safe and COVID Free

  Great Stay at the Haverhill Travelodge. I was a bit concerned with COVID and restrictions. I need not have bothered, everything is taken care of. Everyone wears masks in the pubic areas and the staff are really helpful, making sure you have everything and that you are okay. The place is spotless, with sanitiser freely available. We regularly use the hotel at other times and I have to stay that the standards remain very high and we will continue to use it for our company. One point is the breakfast Box. We will be avoiding it at all costs. It is pure sugar and just so unhealthy. I Know that this is a central issue and perhaps they could do better throughout the chain. No Complaints about Haverhill Travelodge, only Praise. Thanks Guys.

  Good all round service

  Staff made you feel really welcome despite the COVID restrictions well done. I have stayed here on numerous occasions and the welcome and service is always good. I will not hesitate to return on future business trips

  Cant fault it

  I stay here 2 days every week and cannot think of anything negative to say. Friendly people, comfortable and clean. No point paying more. Would recommend to anyone. Have stayed in Travelodge all over the UK and never had a problem.

  Budget Friendly Clean Warm Friendly Staff

  I have been staying at the this travelodge for work for the last 5 years, with trips up to a month at a time living my best Alan Partridge life. I consider it my home away from home. My team and collegues all stay there when we are working on projects up there, and I always recommend it too. The place is immaculately clean, the rooms are warm, and there's no traffic. On business trips you just want a comfy bed and no fuss. When the bar was open in non Covid times they had a great selection of flavoured Gins, beers, guiness of tap, and a selection of dinner options. Vegan sausages and oatmilk is also provided on request for breakfast. This Travelodge's greatest asset is their staff, the Assisant manager *Emily is an extremely hardworker, responsive and professional. In my small brief interactions it's always been a pleasure and every need is met promptly. The rest of the staff is also all impeccable. There is a fantastic Lithuianium restuarant next door, that serves healthy comfort food that gets you through the hard projects. The Travelodge (tm) Beds and Pillows are absolutely perfect and consistent around the country, I have become more accustomed to these more than my bed at home. I travel alot all around the world, and when I'm in Haverhill it's all about getting down to business and the Travelodge provides just that. If you're looking for a place to stay on your travels and need a reliable comfortable place with a room that's always available look no further.
