  IMPERDONABLE E INCOMPETENTES

  Llegamos al hotel con una reserva confirmada por la agencia booking, me comunican que no hay habitaciones ,le enseño la reserva CONFIRMADA y me dice que eso es solo un consulta. le digo pone reserva confirmada hace 2 meses. viene el supuesto manager y me dice que no tienen habitacion que hasido error suyo que nos ofrecen un estudio para pasar la noche y mañana ya veriamos , accedemos porque eran las 9.30pm y estbamos muy cansados. Pero cuando vimos el dicho"estudio" nos negamos ,sin A/C sucio sin bañera daba asco . volvimos a llamr a booking y desde intentaron habalr con el " manager" pero desde recepcion le dijeron que estaba ya acostado ,solo habia pasado 15 min .Gracias a booking nos encontraron otro hotel para pasar la semana el andreolas lusxury hotel y de maravilla , que diferncia de trato. Lo peor fue como un hotel que se supone de 4 estrellas puede desentenderse asi de unos clientes imperdonable , mi copnsejo no os acerqueis a ese hotel mentirososo y incompetentes sientto tan duro pero estoy conatndo la verdad zante , booking , andreolas ESPECTACTACULAR PLAYAS , COMIDA GENTE TODO MENOS TSAMIS

  No es lo que aparenta en las fotos

  Las fotos muy lindas pero la realidad otra, un poco viejo y descuidado. Falta de limpieza, un poco abandonado del centro. Playa pequeña, comida ok. Esperaba algo mejor. No lo recomiendo como 1ra opción. Segun booking de 4 estrellas, le daria 3. Wifi funciona por momentos ok por otros no.

  A wonderful holiday in Greece

  The hotel is in a great location by the sea. It has a wonderful terrace housing which provides beautiful sea views from the swimming pools, rooms and the hotel restaurant.The location is very convenient for exploring Zakynthos. The food is very tasty and varied (lunch is served on a la carte restaurant basis) and George the barman serves the best drinks. Particular mention should be made of the great work of the staff, who are very nice and helpful in any situation: George, Sterios and Nikos.

  It's always about the people...

  Tsamis Zante hotel has a great location right by the sea. Although the entrance to the sea is more difficult and there isn't classic sandy beach. There are cascading exteriors with pools, which looks beautiful. Sadly hotel rooms aren't four stars at all. The food was really delicious. We could taste new and new dishes every day. And the staff. Oh my...they all are just perfect. King of the bar is George, who is witty and talkative as great bartender should be and can make you the best drink you need at the moment. You can meet Sterios at night reception or during the meal, you can see smiley eyes, even with his mask (covid season) on. I dont remember all the names, but I will remember, that I have never met so fantastic crew. Every single one takes a great effort. Great job a and thank you

  The place I will never forget, the place I will get back to for sure...

  I am a person who is a fan of quiet, intimate and peaceful hotels and it took me not more than 30 minutes at Tsamis Zante to realize it was a good decision to choose this particular hotel and 7 days I will never forget. If they are able to provide service at the highest level with all those covid restrictions, without covid they must be simply perfect. The crew are amazing, open-minded, diverse and very helpful people, enjoying what they do and sharing positive energy with all the hotel guests. You can learn from them a lot about Zakynthos, but also about life in Greece, Greek culture and Greek values. When it comes to food, it is diverse and very tasty, ranging from standard all inclusive offer to things that allow you to try something more regional. Everyone will find something for themselves. At Tsamis you can really slow down and chill out in the spirit of Greek siga-siga, as there is a lot of time to enjoy every single meal and not hurry up. Again, the crew really make you feel good and create space to forget about "the world out there". All places are clean and well-prepared, swimming pools are nice and direct access to the Ionian Sea from hotel is simply amazing (the views are breathtaking). Barmen care about making the atmosphere local, creating playlists with Greek music, which makes every evening memorable and plays a significant role in enjoying time spent at Tsamis. One barman, George, deserves a few words separately, being one of the most interesting and open-minded people I have ever met. He is a master in his profession, often offering guests his own variations on standard drinks. But what is more important, he is a very communicative person with great English, always eager to tell an interesting story or explain facts about life in Greece and its history/traditions. For a person travelling alone like me it was really good to have a person like George in there, always helpful and always friendly. To conclude, I need to say that during the last day of my staying at Tsamis the cyclon came, but the hotel was still able to provide very professional service and safety to all guests. If covid and Ianis cyclon were a test for the hotel, Tsamis Zante showed its excellence and I will always recommend it to all my friends. And I will get back, I promise.
