    Great !

    I had a really lovely time at this hotel, really friendly staff and atmosphere to the hotel with a lovely large swimming pool. Entertainment could be better but it was OK. I would rate this hotel 5/5 but for me the food was a let down. I went all inclusive on this holiday and ended up eating out through the day and most evenings. There wasnt much food catered to the English and food was quite bland. Snacks through the day werent great either. Chips were lovely and so were the chicken burgers but for me the ham and cheese toasties could be better. Alcohol was great with lovely set of cocktails. Shout out to Chris who works at the hotel he is very funny and made our holiday.

    Last minute rebooking due to Thomas Cook collapse

    We have stayed at the hotel many times. The food gets better each visit. Wonderful to have tradition dishes supplied at breakfast if you desired the chance to try. Staff are a asset to the team. Bar staff work very hard as well as the entrainment team. Which work long hours. Due to The collapse of Thomas Cook the entertainment staff were having to cover this hotel and Marlita. But twice a week the team joined together to perform Cabaret act's. The only complaint we had was we paid to retain late departure of room. We were given until 18:00hrs. The cleaners changed our bed and gave us a sheet to lay on top of clean bedding for next customers. This made me feel a bit worried if this had happened to us when we moved into the room?

    3rd visit gone down hill

    Visited October for 3rd time. Now caters mainly to Russians and Polish. Adjacent two hotels' visitors came and used the facilities, restaurant and bar. Despite paying TUI £150 for a room upgrade we were given a room looking over the side of the car park and hotel kitchen. Looking at a parked up hotel lorry below our first floor balcony . Guests above threw cigarette butts down. No light on balcony area. Extra unwanted bed in our room taking up the space making us cramped. Making seating area squashed.noisy air con. Food was fine. Drinks mainly good depending on who served you. pool bar staff were good. One bar member was rude ignoring me for ages when I was only one at bar. Later on only served me one of two drinks I asked for.Yet others praise him! Entertainment was very poor. Bingo seemed their highlight. Had good singer one night. Chairs in bar area very uncomfortable. Plastic bath chairs needed cushions. Reception staff unfriendly except when manager around. Had to visit them three times to arrange late check out. Kept telling you to come back and wouldn't confirm that you could book out late till third visit.

    Have stayed at this hotel several times now and it just gets better. The staff are so friendly especially Ivan and Chucky who do such a great job entertaining food gets better all the time was looking forward to going back this year but not sure what is happening with Covid 19 situation

    Tsokkos Hotels summer 2020

    Has any decision been made by Tsokkos Hotels on which hotels will be open during the summer. It would be good to get some clarity from Tsokkos because you get sod all clarity from Jet2. We are due to fly out in September. and still no idea if the Tsokkos Gardens will be open.
