Este hotel, adecuado para familias, está situado junto a la playa en el punto de encuentro entre el verde de los pinares de la cordillera del Tauro y el azul de las aguas del Mediterráneo. La ciudad de Göynük queda a solo 2 km y allí se pueden encontrar numerosos restaurantes, bares, pubs y tiendas. Kemer está a unos 7 km y cuenta con muchas zonas de fiesta. Pero cerca se pueden visitar también otros lugares, como la antigua ciudad de Faselis (a 30 km), Antalya (a 40 km) y Mira (a 120 km). El aeropuerto de Antalya queda a solo 45 km del alojamiento.Éste es un complejo muy especial en Kemer, Antalya, que presenta una arquitectura original y ha sido nominado al premio Aga Khan. El precioso complejo de playa tiene unos 42.000 m² de superficie y representa una conseguida adaptación del estilo de las casas turcas Anatolia occidental a la arquitectura de hoy. Se dispone de aire acondicionado en todo el edificio, donde hay 341 habitaciones que se reparten en 2 plantas. El hotel dispone de vestíbulo con servicio de recepción y salida 24 horas, servicio de cambio de divisas, guardarropa, quiosco de prensa, auditorio, sala de juegos, sala de TV, parque infantil y club infantil, así como cafetería, bar, discoteca y restaurante. Por un suplemento se puede hacer uso de la conexión a Internet WiFi. El servicio de lavandería también tiene un coste extra y se ofrece aparcamiento para los que lleguen en coche.     So far best hotel in Turkey for family

    We stayed here last 10 days. After horrible family holiday last year in an other hotel we were really worried but generally this hotel perfect for families. checking in was okayish.As we requested rooms with other family members was declined at check in although we sent email and did telephone call to request we were never told that is not possible till arrival. Food was great and all team members was great. All young students but perfect attitude towards everything. Housekeeping sometimes hit and miss but generally good. Kids club good our little one really enjoy. Only one minus point Sunday all results like gosht town. Non entertainment?? We did enjoy our holiday after all. We will definitely will be back.

    Good location and food.

    Overall experience is average. Starting with the good side, our suite room was good for family of 3 young kids, food variety and taste was good except the desserts section was less than average. Pool and beach facilities were acceptable, entertainment 'animation' team was friendly, interactive, creative and actually entertaining. On the other hand, we struggled a bit to find English speaking staff, WiFi was extremely poor, not much facilities for kids and environment was not so comfortable for Muslims who don't consume alcohol. Moreover, in one of the dinners, while waiting in live cooking station queue, chef added alcohol to the dish without warning or informing us that it contains alcohol. I was disappointed and left a note to the master chef.

    Unsanitary environment, dirty rooms and unhelpful staff

    Myself and my partner travelled there with 5 other members of the family. Our room had cockroaches and we reported it to reception staff who didnt understand English. We showed them the photo on internet and the response was oh well its hot and this is normal. Very rude and uncaring staff and even the manager wasnt helpful either. We were told there arent any rooms available and basically take it or leave it. The second day nobody changed our room as we were promised but they said that theyve spayed the room so it should be ok however it worsened and the room was carpeted by cockroaches half dead and the other half running around. We went back to the reception and face another rude reception who wasnt speaking English and but was aware of what had happened the night before. This time we demanded to speak with their manager or someone who at least could understand what we are saying and after an hour a guy came and told us we can sit at reception till morning as there arent any rooms available and someone will try to sort out a room for us. Anyway after three days they shanked our room but ruined half of our stay there. My sister and her husband had to ask for sheets every night and this was the story for the whole week we stayed there. It was one of the worst holidays we had and none of us recommend the place.

    Enjoy the holiday to the fullest

    I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights with my wife. The hotel is really beautiful. The staff were very friendly. Everyone was benevolent around you. There was a wide variety of food options at the hotel. You had the chance to find drinks for 24 hours. The beach was very calm. I am saying as someone who has traveled more than 40 countries. It was the most beautiful hotel I have stayed in so far.

    A great place to stay with your family

    We have experienced a beautiful holiday at Kemer holiday club, it was a very nice and clean hotel. The staff was very hospitable and friendly. Special thanks to Anil, since he was always ready to help us any time with a big smile under his mask. The service was very good and food was delicious. We liked our holiday so much and we hope that we'll come back next year.
