  El mejor lugar para relajarse y disfrutar de playa

  Estuve una semana no tenia vistas directas al mar pero....fue excelente , dos cosas negativas..1. mosquitos 2. necesitas transporte para ir a la ciudad , los tuck-tuck , o el bus del hotel ( no es gratis) o el taxi. A la orilla de la playa te dan masasajes de todo el cuerpo baratisimos y hasta comida y coconut de un precio increible . Las camitas te llevan a casas de pescadores que muy amigablemente cocinan para ti pro un precio comodo

  Mediocre

  Deluxe room on the first floor is a little dark with few lighting and a few mosquitoes. Nice terrace with view of a garden & pond. Dislike the bathroom layout with toilet & shower sharing the same space. Your feet will get wet when you need to use the toilet unless you use hotel slippers. Toilet seat is defective. Housekeeping needs more hygiene training with regards to linen change. A large variety at breakfast including local delights such as fried dough sticks with soy milk & Thai ice tea with boba. To avoid the crowd have breakfast at 10-11am or before 8am. Adequate size pool with water slides & water features perfect for small children. Quiet private beach with access to horseback riding along the beach (with a fee).

  My favorite Hotel in Cha-Am

  Wonderful service from all the resort staff. Meals both in the restaurants and room service were delicious. The tub very special. Happy hour prices at the pool side bar. Fitness center is not large, but the machines well maintained. The Isea Restaurant is out favorite. Comfortable bedding.

  The stay was okay overall but expensive for the quality compared to other hotels that are closer to the city center. The breakfast wasnt anything special (not quality for a 5 star resort), the rooms table was dirty when we came in, and the housekeeper didnt leave the AC on when we came back from lunch when she tidied our room. The room is also not fully dark as their bed light have this annoying blue light that cannot be switched off during the night. A hard pass if you want to find a luxurious hotel to enjoy your vacation during a Covid-19 period

  Mediocre at best

  We stayed as a family of four in a rooftop pool villa unit and we found the room to be a little bit dated. The outside patio next to the pool of the unit was lovely but at night it was too dark to actually enjoy the space. We found the layout to be a little odd. Much of the space was unnecessarily used by the bathroom area. The smaller bedroom which is located on the mezzanine floor of the villa made me feel a little claustrophobic. Our room was also located on the annex building which felt very "second grade" to the main compound even though they are where the more premium unit types were supposed to be. Check-in was however a breeze. The team of staff that served us was very nice and professional throughout our stay. Despite a few issues we had with the room, they tried their best to find us a solution. I'd say the staff made most of what could've been positive about this hotel. Breakfast service felt "reduced" not sure if this was supposed to be their normal breakfast. But the egg station was excellent and the cook was very attentive. Upon walking to the main pool area by the beach we found this area to be much nicer than the rest of the property. I only wished that the pool actually ran all the way through the entire property. The coffee shop located next to the check-in area is actually quite adequate to serve as a mini work space (BYO laptop). The gym is however very underwhelming for a beach resort with space to spare and you will not get any workout out of it apart from light cardio. All in all, it was mediocre at best. The property is just dated and out of touch to today's expectation and demands. And yes, once we went out to dine at the Marriott in Hua Hin we knew right away that we stayed at a wrong place.
