  Unpleasant experience

  The room was falling apart with a double sofa bed that was uncomfortable. The wifi was useless. Often it didn't work and you had to re-register every hour. 20 minutes to check in (with only one family in front of me), a second girl was unable to register me for some reason. Breakfast was poor quality. Do not go without a car, taxis from Arles are impossible to find. Feral cats everywhere outside. The pricing was not budget, but the hotel was. This is a holiday camp, not a hotel.

  Vacaciones

  Hola, fuimos a pasar 5 dias por que nos pareció buena elección,la verdad es que deja mucho que desear,la limpieza es escasa y la comida todavía mas,muy poca variedad y cantidad. Tanto en recepción como los animadores etc etc sin idiomas,mala comunicación en general. Lo de todo incluido deja mucho que desear. La animación buena.

  This place should be closed down, in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do

  If you read that this 'Club' has facilities forget it, few are open, and the one's that are should be closed down, serious health risk.The pool is the worst I have ever seen in my life, I dread to think what diseases you can catch from it.The tennis courts with a TV dumped in the middle of the courts, any point saying any more? Save your money and go elsewhere

  Not Quite What I Expected

  Hôtel Club Résidence les Amandiers est classe par Atout France Résidence de Tourisme 4 étoiles ! This hotel club apparently has been rated as a 4 star establishment ! Wonder who visited or inspected the place ? But perhaps the system of rating establishments is not the same as we are used to... Was supposed to be some special deal with Vacances Privé a site that supposedly offers good deals!...pictures and description very misleading and rated 4 stars...unless its 4 stars on a scale of 20, this is the limit of false publicity! Where NOT to go on holiday in April about sums it up! Still here in the middle of nowhere in a so-called all inclusive ! What a joke! You can have « brunch » from 7am until 1pm, but no lunch unless you feel like eating the bacon and eggs from breakfast again. The salad bar...if you can call it that is boring and lacks variety! No hot food at lunch despite the fact that its rainy and cold. No initiative from the kitchen ! Soup would be nice to warm up the miserable guests who have to run through flooded paths and run down halls to get to the « restaurant » in the rain! On a positive note, the staff in general is nice and friendly. Wouldnt want to be in their shoes! All I can say is that they need to seriously get their act together and think of the guests booked for a week or more ! Thats a long time to be eating crap and cold crudités... A total renovation needed on the buildings, halls etc, plus some maintenance...clean up the cobwebs ! I like spiders, but not in the closets and corners of places I vacation at. Checking out on Saturday and will NOT be returning or recommending!
