  Cute, clean hotel

  Super cute, clean hotel with a super friendly staff for a GREAT price. We got stuck out of state during the Texas snow storm and they were super accommodating and worked with us changing our reservation THREE different times due to weather and road conditions. Absolutely recommend!

  Great customer service

  The room is amazing!! Very beautiful and a great price. Had a little trouble but Rudy was very nice and gave me great customer service. I will definitely visit again because Rudy was so nice polite and made sure we had a good stay with my kids.

  All good except they didn't have the Texas shaped waffles...

  One of the many casualties of the coronavirus is the waffle maker. Evidently we can all open the little refrigerator with the same handle, push the same button for coffee, and get stir straws from the same container, but the waffle maker is just to unsafe... Otherwise the place is really nice and rooms are clean.

  Stay away!!!

  I called to notify front desk that our flight was delayed and was told that was no problem that we were already checked in. Later that evening, close to midnight, the night shift clerk called and asked whether we were still coming. Said no one told him I had called and he was wondering if he should give our room away. Upon arrival to hotel later that night, clerk had no mask on. Throughout our stay guests were permitted to congregate without masks. Our room did not have enough towels for two people. The free breakfast was the most meager offering Ive ever seen at any hotel. After getting back home, I noticed an additional charge on my bank statement for nearly $50. I have called many times and was told once that the night clerk added this charge by mistake and to speak with the manager or owner to correct it. I have called multiple times and the owner Tarik is never there or available and does not call us back. The manager, Phaedra stated that she cannot fix this issue. Never had such a large combination of issuers with one establishment. Very disappointed and considering legal action.

  The room was nice, The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Although, I'm 53 years old, and that was the first time I had ever been to Lubbock. I thought the indoor pool was a great asset, although I didn't get a chance to enjoy it.
