    Wonderful Room and Great stay

    I Stay in this hotel for 1 night only but it was amazing. The room was amazing, definitely going to stay here again. the location was superb! I felt very welcome by Joseph and Toha(I hope I got their name right).

    A symbol of First Class Service with Impeccable Integrity

    Upon my stay with WOLO hotel i've booked two gold rooms for 5 adults with a requirement of and additional single bed for the second room. Unfortunately there isn't enough space for the extra bed therefore the management and GM decided to give us a free upgrade for the second room into a platinum suite in order to accommodate our stay. I'm so grateful and thankful for the service by WOLO Hotel, they are the symbol of First Class Service with Impeccable Integrity in the hotel industry.

    Lovely stay!

    I was staying at WOLO KL with my husband for 3D2N on 16-18th September in their Platinum Suite. We really love the interior & decor of the hotel! They provide stylish room slippers too. They served in-room breakfast that you get to choose from & have it delivered to your room between 8-10am (theyre surprisingly delish!). Not to mention, the location is perfect if youre a foodie because of the nearby eateries, staying to shop or travel around KL city center. The only drawback of the hotel is that theres no parking but theres Bukit Bintang station right across the street & its easier to hail Grab around.

    Great hospitality

    Looking from outside, we know it's going to be fabulous staycation we are ever going to have. Being cooped up in house for 3 months in a row is driving us nuts so once we are free to roam around freely, we chose to stay here and it was good hospitality.

    LOVING IT!

    Recently booked the hotel for 2 nights stay in the Gold Room which was located at the 18th floor. Pros: (1) Location wise: Middle of Bukit Bintang - right at its famous Bukit Bintang Junction - So-called Malaysian "Shinjuku" crossing. My room & bathroom/shower is facing right to the Mc Donalds & also having a direct view of the Merdeka 118 tower (under construction). (2) Amenities - The room is equipped with amenities such as bathrobes, hairdryer, safebox, slippers, mini fridge and more.. (3) Nespresso coffee machine with pods are provided! Tea supplied are TWG teabags - Thumbs up for this! (4) Starbucks Reserve at the lobby - direct access (5) SOP for covid-19 implement (6) Allowed early check-in since I came in on a weekday, i guess provided there are any vacant room available which I believe. (7) Love the interior of the hotel & the room as well. Very modern. (8) Bathroom amenities is well equipped. Love the amenities kit provided - never see other hotel does like Wolo. They even have the night light setting at the bathroom - u wont feel totally darkness during night time sleep when the room lights are off. (9) Less than 5 minutes walking distances to Pavillion, Lot 10 & Sg. Wang Plaza. Well, you are in the middle of Bukit Bintang. MRT Bukit Bintang Station exitsis just beside the hotel - 3 of them. Monorail Bukit Bintang Station is just opposite. Cons: (1) No swimming pool (2) No gym (3) Room are not that soundproof - can here noises from outside, people shutting the doors, etc. Breakfast offered is pre-packed breakfast which selectable & can be choose of during check-in- RM20/pax - I did not opt for the breakfast package. My main point for this hotel is the amenities provided in the room & location wise of the property, compared to other hotels nearby. The downside is that there is not much facilities that this hotel got to offer which is the reason of hit miss of me giving a full rating of 5. However, looking forward to stay at the hotel again, especially if there are promotion.
