  Excellent first time visit to Branson

  We were 4 friends who stayed Friday September 25 to Friday October 2, 2020. It was the first time to Branson for all of us. We arrived at 1:30am from driving from Chicago that evening after work. When we got to our room and used the keycard to open the door, we got into the larger of the 2 rooms but we were not able to enter smaller of the one bedroom portion of our 2 bedroom. The maintenance person tried to open it for us but discovered the manual lock was in use from the inside of the door. We had to wait until the morning for them to open the door to the unit. So our 2 friends ended up sleeping on the sofa bed in the room that we were able to enter. That was an inconvenience. We received a gift basket of snacks with an apology note in the morning. Other than that hiccup from the start, our 2 bedroom unit was very comfortable. We saw a variety review show on Monday and Joseph Pokorski, broadway singer and performer, sang on Tuesday. Go see both shows. Its worth the price. Kaitlan, Luisa, Tashay, and Kinsley were super friendly at the activities center. They recommended going to Eureka Springs, Arkansas. We never heard of it. Its a really cute charming town an hour away in the hills with lots of little shops and nice restaurants. Amigos Mexican Restaurant was outstanding. They have different ghost tours there. Book early. The people at the resort go out of their way to make you feel welcome and entertained.

  Beautiful Resort throughout condos

  We Love this Resort its one of our favorites in Branson Landscaping is gorgeous throughout Resorts and Condos are very clean and well equipped with everything you need so much to do at Resort it offers activities throughout your stay We Love hanging out on the Deck I LOVE THE WATER FALLS AND WATCHING THE DUCKS & koi fish and Taking walks throughout paths lots of pools and hot tubs

  To aggressive on sales

  I never expect much from wyndham properties because they always seem to promise more then you receive..our 3 bedroom deluxe unit had a distinct musty smell..patio door was ajar upon first entering unit..units are being rented right next to other units..very little social distancing going on here..they had curb side check in...appreciated that service..it was convinced, safe and fairly quick..but then they made you go to guest services inside to receive wrist bands and of course to try and sucker you into another owner update..I said " no thank"...he kept trying to pressure me into ...I said I didn't feel safe or comfortable sitting inside with strangers...again he tried to push me into finally I told him I am a cancer survivor...he backed off finally...I will NEVER attend any meeting with any Wyndham employee..

  Unbelievable Condo

  We had never stayed at The Wyndham and was totally blown away when we walked in to our condo. Two bed rooms that were immaculate. So much room and every thing was so fresh and clean. When we needed ice we simply called the office and within two minutes there was a young man knocked on our door with a 10lb bag of crushed ice(no-charge) One of the best places we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many.

  Wonderful Resort

  This was our first time staying at this resort and we were extremely happy with the accommodations! The resort upgraded our room to a one bedroom deluxe and it was perfect for our needs! The entire resort was immaculate. The room was spacious, well equipped, clean and very comfortable!! The check in process was quick and easy and the entire staff was pleasant and courteous. We highly recommend this resort and we will definitely be going back!!
