    Fantastic hotel

    Great hotel. Convenient location to food, shopping and airport. Steam room was awesome. Definitely stay again. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options. As a Wyndham diamond club member I thought I was upgraded automatically. I wasnt. But a simple request at the front desk and I was upgraded to a suite in minutes.

    Well received and very courteous crew from front desk to restaurant. Totally Recommend. Vienna took great care of us for breakfast. The shuttle service driver was very courteous and cautious while driving

    Great place to stay near the airport. Room was very nice clean and quiet. The shuttle service driver was so awesome and helpful we were so surprised to receive a little food bag in lieu of breakfast as we were leaving before breakfast was to start

    Excellent hotel !!! M

    We stayed 3 days in total, Mqrch 16-19 and we loved it. Modern , very clean , super staff . Full buffet breakfast was amazing every day!! Very quiet . We had dinner one night at the hotel and it was great!! We were able to use the hot tub room 2 days before it was closed as a precaution against the virus. Nice looking and modern equipment in the gym!!I will go back when visiting Edmonton again! Pricing was great when compared against other high end places!!

    Loyatly Lost

    We've always stayed at Wyndham Garden with our family since 2018. We stayed here this week (Feb 19-21 and Feb 23-24). The receptionist this morning was rude and lack customer service training. My husband went down to ask for 3 breakfast bags (no buffet due to covid). The conversation went like this: Husband: Can I get three breakfast bags pls? Receptionist: Why do you need three?? Husband: Because I'm with my wife and kid. Receptionist: What room are you staying at?? Husband: Room ### (Meanwhile other guests were just going ahead and grabbing the breakfast bags without him even asking them what room were they staying at or question them why do they need the number of bags they grabbed ) Receptionist then proceeded to check their system and found out guest registered on our room was only ONE. He then mentions since there are more than one guest staying, there will be a change of nightly rate. (We find this weird as upon check in, the front desk last night did not ask my husband how many guests are checking in and she saw the three of us entering the premises) So the receptionist finally gave my husband 3 breakfast bags. He then called after an hour to let us know there wouldn't be any change of rate anyway. This receptionist made my husband feel like he was cheating for room rate savings or asking more breakfast bags than what is allowed per guest. We have reported him to the hotel manager and this receptionist's tone and attitude changed but no apologies mentioned upon check out. Which made me write this negative review. We have stayed in several hotels locally and internationally, but this is the first time a hotel staff made us feel so discriminated. We will not be coming back.
