  Horiible Hotel

  Pillows And Bed very hard. Public restrooms paper towels were rationed. Attendant not very friendly plus very slow. When I ask for a few more sugar packs to take to my room for morning coffee, you would have thought I had ask for her first born. Gave me 2 reluctantly. Their Pool was closed and the water that was in it was green. They were supposed to have breakfast but there was none in the lobby ???? Will never stay in this place again. I can't think of anything good to say about it. I filled out the form for Wyndhan Rewards which was in a holder on the counter and gave it to attendant. The next morning when I went to check out, there it was on top checkout counter. She had done NOTHING with it. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  NEVER Again...Not even if it was free!

  MICE in my room woke me up at 1a!! I gathered everything immediately and left. No working phone system, it has been down for weeks. No working ice machines. No elevator. Lost liquor license for restaurant and bar area, none of the staff was in a uniform, I couldn't tell guest from staff, ownership was unfriendly and unprofessional. There were holes in wall, hence the rodent issue. No paper towel in restrooms in the main lobby. Breakfast is a joke! Still had Radisson signs. Towels provided looked overly used and worn. I had to ask for replacement bed linen the first day. They have makeshift key card holders. It's just a stapled piece of paper. The beds are very uncomfortable. They have to be the original sleep number bed ever made. Entry doors throughout hotel remain unlocked which is a security issue. I formally made a complaint and was told that the hotel has been made aware and will contact me for a resolution within a week. Nobody has reach out to me. I was also told that the Wyndham brand terminated their affiliation with this particular hotel. Stay at your own risk!!

  The worst

  This hotel is the worst hotel in the Huntsville area. I had mice bugs and lice. I kept hoping that it would get better and stayed 20 days. The staff helped by putting glue traps in my room so I could watch mice suffer. The rooms all come with sleep number beds but they leak so you wake up in a coffin. Roaches find there way to the bathroom sink and live on the pillows. Have fun fighting to get any service in the resteraunt. .

  Very nice day

  Don't think about it it was difficult to navigate to the airport but I have a good time nice clean rooms nice friendly people Good Eats good and had a nice dick site I can put my jewelry and stuff in it while I was out and about I have a nice time

  A Wyndham franchise? Shame Wyndham..

  The staff has been very professional and quick to help. But the owner needs to invest back into this property quickly. Hire a pest control service to get rid of the roachs! Hire a pool service company (and an oncall pool tech) to clean the black-mucky, swamp you call a pool. You have advertised pictures of a small yet sparkling outdoor pool, but 1 1/2 yrs later the pool is now worse. Buy new carpet for this property: start in common hallways then work it in floor by floor.. This property has potential but Wyndham needs to visit. And help their franchisee reelvaluate his/her priorities- I have a feeling they may be sited or shutdown by the Health Dept soon if that is indeed blood stains on Wall, carpets, elevator. A lot of financial loss due to consumers staying elsewhere for the staple hotel amenities: pool, no bugs... please do something!
