It's a little far from patong beach area but it's worth to stay.staff are too polite and always helpful
It's excellent and worth to stay we stayed there for 5 days and it was amazing the swimming pool is right next to your room. A bit far away from patong beach you will need to pay around 600bhat for taxi and taxi can be arranged from hotel too.free break fast at the morning is amazing different types of selective food.its pretty quit and silent and the room is damn good and bed is too comfortable to sleep.

Great for the price and family stay
Have to say the hotel is at a great location if you have a car and the Phuket old town is only a 10 min drive away. Central shopping mall is also only 5 mins. Parking is great and the hotel looks stylish and all. The room is huge which is good for families. Although wifi is slow and the refrigerator in the room was not working. Bed was also quite hard. The staffs were very nice and polite, and they recommended us some places to visit. Overall this hotel is very reasonable for the price but could improve more.

Not the luxury it implies
This hotel is fine if you know what you're getting. It's not near anything so you will need a car or taxis and taxis in Phuket aren't as cheap as they are in Bangkok. We had a standard room for one night and an upgraded room for our second. The second room was clearly better in terms of space but they both had the problem of small bugs on the floor. The pictures imply there is a decent sized pool but really it's a small horseshoe shape that you can only comfortably access from the nicer rooms. The restaurant closes really early and there's no food places around unless you go searching at least 5 to 10 minutes walk away which is fine if it's in the day but at night you're walking in the road in the dark next to a dual carriageway, so make sure you don't get hungry. The staff struggled to communicate with us as they couldn't speak much English which is fair, we should have tried to learn more thai, but they didnt make much effort to try whereas we were downloading translation apps Wouldnt stay here if you cant speak Thai and want a tourist experience Rooms were clean and spacious and the TV was alright with random movies which was good

Disgusting & unclean
More like a one star, the TV does not work & is fuzzy on EVERY channel, also there is bugs in the food/I found in the watermelon/should have taken a photo/bugs in the bed & bathroom you get bitten at night/shameful to call yourself 5star..you are more like one star/people were eating the bugs in there food how disgusting plus the menu is only for asian people/if you are western do expect to have any options other than eggs! Dont stay here WARNING, i would check out now but sadly I already paid!

Beautiful Hotel
We spent 5 days here and loved it. The hotel is modern and well set out. The rooms and pool are fantastic and price very reasonable for what you are getting. It is very central and only a short drive to most places on the island including the airport. Best to have a car though so you can get around to shops restaurants etc although there are plenty nearby. Has a great on site restaurant with a basic breakfast included in the price. The restaurant offers room service and the food was lovely and very reasonably priced if you dont want to go out. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
