  Amabilidad y trato excelente

  Viajamos en moto un grupo de amigos.Habíamos reservado tres habitaciones para una noche, por desgracia, uno de los amigos tuvo un accidente y tuvimos que cancelar a última hora. Llegamos muy tarde, y a pesar de tener cerrado el restaurante, nos preparó una pizzas que nos supieron a gloria. Destacar la limpieza y la habitación correspondía al precio, pero sobretodo, el trato de Cristian, estos detalles son los que marcan la duferencia

  Good place to stay in Naters

  We stayed here on our way to Ascona. Well appointed hotel room, nice to have balcony and windows that open. Very clean and quality fittings, comfortable bed. You have to get the key from across the road at the reception of the Touring Hotel, which is a little odd! Switzerland much more expensive for accommodation than France.

  Very nice room and great views

  It took a little legwork to find the hotel checkin (it's at another hotel just up the street), but the staff were great and our room was really nice. A private balcony let us have our usual open windows with privacy. Beds and pillows were comfortable, and the room was quiet, well, except for one night, when the music in the bar downstairs thump-thumped until around 11pm. We find in such situations that if you keep the tv on to fall asleep to, it helps drown out any extraneous noise. Hotel is good location to restaurants, and and easy walk to the train station. Would stay there again. Breakfast, btw, was an extra charge.

  Perfect ..

  The mountain view from the room is great ... room is clean .. this hotel is the best room I never have in Euro trip .. reasonable price in a standard quality ,everything just make my trip perfect ....

  Not too bad but...

  The stay started with the fact that we had to go to another hotel to check-in. It is maybe 100m away and it would not be a big problem but the receptionist was not there either! So we had to wait until a waitress from the restaurant came to give us the key. She did not speak English and provided absolutely no information (e.g. the fact that breakfast takes place in Touring Hotel or that room 704 is actually located on the 3rd floor). So we got the key and that's it. The room itself was ok, it was clean, relatively new, modern but had no air conditioner. The balcony faces the main street, which actually made it almost impossible to sleep as there was so much noise at night! It is somewhat surprising for such small town but it was really incredibly loud. The breakfast was extremely basic but we got coffee and some fresh bread so it was ok. They should, however, do a better job at checking the expiration dates of some of the products they serve... So overall it was ok for one night and for the price we paid but will definitely check for another place to stay in Brig/Naters next time we are in the area.
