Ah, geez...
I dont want to leave another negative review! So Ill start with this- this hotel is in a good location, not too far from the airport, and right off one of the major highways, so its convenient. They have an airport shuttle, and it near the Mall of America, as well. Its pretty quiet, and looks to be fairly recently updated. The restaurant is decent, and the staff at the restaurant are excellent. Housekeeping was very nice when asked to fix some issues we had. Now I have to write the rest... The staff upon check-in barely even looked at me. I had to WORK at engaging him. I think he would have just handed me the key had I not made an effort to speak with him. The room was not cleaned properly. I dont want to go into details, because its gross, but I think someone might have looked at the room before we checked in, and didnt stay, but used the facilities while they were here. IDK -but it was gross . (And the coffee pods were missing, too...) And speaking of bathrooms- this one has no air or heat, and this is Minnesota- where it was -17 degrees last night! The bathroom was FREEZING! And the shower is designed wrong, so that you have to get into the shower to turn it on- in the freezing cold room. Its not good. The only way to warm up the bathroom is to leave the door open, but the bathroom door is RIGHT NEXT to the bed, so if you leave the door open youre staring at the toilet while youre in bed and if you dont, the room is so stink in cold its awful! The sink is not in the bathroom, its in the room, with no place to put anything. No drawers, no counter space. And whoever chose the furniture clearly did not actually SIT on the couch. Its the most uncomfortable couch Ive ever sat in. I like the look quite a bit. But it is excruciating to sit in after about 10 minutes. And do not even CONSIDER using it as a sofa bed. We tried, figuring it would be better than sitting on the couch. Trust me. Its not. Lastly, and this is just a thing of mine, and may not bother others: the rooms have the under-window heat/ac units that blow air directly on you while youre in bed. I just do not care for that forced air blowing at me (And the curtains) all night Im really not thrilled to have to leave another bad review. I dont want to. Im sorry to have to do it. But realistically, there are just too many hotels to choose from in the area to make this worth staying at again.

Perfectly Adequate Courtyard
This courtyard is similar to several I have stayed in other cities. Decor is common to the brand. Room was spacious and clean. 7th floor was surprisingly noisy. I believe the rooftop air vents were the cause of the noise. Other than that, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bar area was small but nice and the drinks were good. This is a good hotel for business travel into the Richfield/Bloomington area. Very convenient to the airport.

Gross bathrooms.
We stayed in a king room from Feb 29th 2020 to March 1st 2020. Check in was easy, the lady at the front desk was very informative. I'm giving this a poor review because of the bathroom. The community soap, shampoo and conditioner had hair and soup residue on them, hair on the toilet cover, and the lotion by the sink was half used.

good location and friendly reception
This hotel is very clean, has a gym and indoor swimming. Room size is big with two queen size beds. The location is very good. Very close to Walmart and Mall of American. When check in, the reception is personally giving you a gift of chips and bottle of water. It is nice

Close to Mall of America
Clean and friendly. We had a king room on the second floor just above the laundry room. We got a surprise the first night as the staff was doing the laundry and the dryers shook the bed. We called the front desk and they stopped the laundry and apologized for the inconvenience. The pool area was clean and bright. The breakfast was good and there was a good selection.
