  Very boring hotel

  I spent 2 days in that hotel. It considers itself as a 5stars but deserve hardly 3. For young people, you will feel like in a nursing home.... :( clients are above 60 years old, it smells the old and the style and color of the walls are quite old fashion. A total refurbishment is required. The staff is not very enthusiastic and I could feel laziness from them. (Exemple : I asked to rent a scooter at the reception. The guy in a very nonchalant gait told me that it is too late for today (it was 1:30pm) I asked why? It is the beginning of the afternoon. Call the rental company and ask... By insisting, he made the call and finally could get the scooter. I went to this hotel right after spent 2 days at "Grifor hotel" also termal hotel, 4 stars but who deserves 5, which is 1 km from there. It was a choc, a huge cleavage. Price very attractive, modern, staff very friendly and active. Service 100% perfect. Do not go to Augusto!!!!

  Amazing staff and service

  Stayed in this hotel last year (2015) for nearly 2weeks. I was wowed by extremely helpful staff members and in general the service. Food was just amazing. Definitely looking forward to come back. Grazie

  Excellent position

  Excellent position a few steps from the historical center of Lacco Ameno, but far enough away from the crowds and noise. The room was clean and a good size, very nicely decorated. Very traditional hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Good fresh breakfast selection.

  Happy

  This was our 4th time in a year staying in this hotel. Every stay was excellent! The hotel itself is beautifully appointed, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and impeccable. They are accommodating, pleasant, and reach out to make sure your stay is perfect! We have used all the restaurants, and the food is great, too! The spa experience is relaxing and special. It is an awesome hotel, an awesome location, with awesome staff! We will be back in March! Just love everything about this wonderful place

  It was a dreamy day

  With my fiance we spend 1 day in hotel last summer. That was magnificent time for both of us. That was ours 5th visit in Italy and we was looking form some special place for rest after long trip. The room was a little small but very cosy, modern and comfortable. The best thing was a balcoon and fully small fridge near ours bed. Service was very polite and wonderful especially reception girl with sincearly smile. I could certainly recommend this place:)
