  Small new clean hotel on suburbs of Minsk and poor service level

  The place is just number of rooms (20 maximum) located in a business center. It is new modern, clean but check-in is a nightmare. We had 3 rooms, arrived earlier and asked for an early check-in but there were no rooms available. When we came back at agreed time, only 1 room was ready, the 2nd room we got in 30 min, but the last one was not ready even at 12 a.m.! after some scandal we finally all got our night rest. Should you wish to see the city of Minsk, don't book this hotel, is it located on suburbs and it take 30 min by tube to get to the city center, there's NOTHING interesting in that area incl absence of restaurants and cafes (we went to Burger King). But if you are planning a drive to Brest or Poland or Western part of Belorussia - that's the place! it is literally on a highway that takes you West. The room was very good and modern, clean bathroom and modern TV.

  Will not be staying there again. Overall feedback - the hotel is new, its clean, the room and bathroom were spacious, generally simple - which works well for a very short stay. It is also close to the metro station and next to a developing shopping centre. The biggest downside about the room was the bed. A double bed consisted of 2 small thin single duvets, which was super uncomfortable and cold, as you cant even cuddle up with your half. Plus, there was some sort of additional plastic covered layer on the mattress (or it was the mattress itself..) which was smaller than the actual base, so it was sliding to the sides. During our 3 nights we didnt get any good sleep at all, and we certainly wouldnt be able to stay there any longer. Also, if you have any additional questions to ask the hotel, thats when the trouble starts. I referred to the specific information on their website, then it has taken them some time for answers, as they discovered that they made a mistake, and so our stay didnt get full benefits which were originally advertised on their website at the time of making a reservation. I also noticed that the same info / conditions advertised in english, sounded very different in their russian version. As follows, it became clear that they are not interested to go extra mile, while providing customer service. If management gives some attention to the bed situation and also train their staff how to deal with queries, you could get more returning customers. Finally, be careful when booking directly on the website, i clicked on type of rate to get 10% discount, however, it charged me completely different rate giving only 3% discount, and of course they were not interested to sort this out. Following our stay, I received an email email asking for a feedback, but strangely, the link in the email didnt work , so Im leaving my feedback here.

  TERRIBLE RECEPTION

  Im so afraid, Im gonna catch a infection because the rooms are very dirty. Air conditioner is not working. The rooms are terrible here. The reception isnt serving well. People can die from the CORONA VIRUS in this hotel!!!!!

  So rude customers

  room service had thrown my towels on the floor after cleaning, when I came to my room in the evening I saw it was locked, I went to the reception twice and told me I should pay $ 1000 for smoking in the room but that was a lie. They charged me to change the towels they threw on the floor. It was a very bad stay I definitely do not recommend.
