    Bad hotel. No service

    Me and my family checked in late at night after a very long and tiring flight (booked it online before). They gave us a small room at the basement, then they changed the room to a better one WITH extra $40! There we had a really bad experience.. the toilet was flushing and not draining, bringing back all the dirts, overflowing. Imagine all this happening late at night! On our request to repair or to exchange this room, they said they are overbooked and gave us a roll of toilet paper and a room key (the room just checked out and of course wasnt clean). I would NOT recommend staying there!

    BLOOD IN BATHROOM

    This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First, we paid for a queen bed and clearly got a full and that wasn't even the worst part. The toilet seat had multiple spots of DRY BLOOD. The housekeepers came and told us that it was stained( it wasnt as you can see from the pictures below). I was told they would contact the manager and he would call to speak to me; he never did. The front desk receptionist told us that they would not allow 3 people to stay in the room although it was clearly booked for 3 individuals and as a result of this we would have to vacate the room for the night. Didnt mention the incident, or apologize. WORST EXPERIENCE.

    Hotel that is not honest about what it provides online

    If you rent this room, do not expect a free shuttle ride. You have to pay a $22 taxi from jfk to be transported into this hotel location. The location is not very safe. Sometimes in the middle of the night you hear people having sex and people arguing. Price is decent but its very close to the near subway station.

    STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

    WARNING: STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Theres a couple of other hotels to stay in literally a mile radius of this place. I really do hate leaving bad reviews Ive worked in customer service forever and I understand things can happen that are out of ones control that customers can misunderstand but there was way too much that happened in my 3 night stay at this hotel. First night we walked into the wrong workin TWICE not once twice! We were kept being assigned to the the wrong room. Finally they realized they didnt have space for us and split the 4 of us into single rooms on different floors. Totally not what we asked for but being out of state and already have been paid in the beginning we had no choice. Youd think they would be more careful right? I totally understand mistakes but you look at what you did wrong and you dont do it again. Im the middle of the night I had someone WALK INTO MY ROOM WHILE I WAS SLEEPING. Someone else had been assigned the wrong room. At this point Im concerned for my safety. This is all in less than 12 hours of being at this place that wants to be called a hotel. Next morning my friends that I had to be split up with gets a call about checking out, we werent supposed to check out for another 2 days. To make this looooong story semi-short they needed our rooms for the people that were checking in that day and the room that was supposed to be ours happened to be now ready. I did not want to move I felt for the inconvenience I had received the staff shouldve figured it out but I was offered a LATE CHECK OUT AND A REFUND. Not a full refund but a partial he didnt have authority to tell me how much and a manager was going to contact me and I understood that and we went to pack out things to move rooms for the convenience of the hotel. This was on Saturday October 12 at around 11am. I wish I wouldve grabbed the guy at the front desks name because it has been a week since I checked out and I have not once spoken with this so-called manager. Every time I call they tell me theyll let him know and take my name and number and nothing has been done. To make things worst the person who picked up today at 2:13pm on October 21st was rude when I told him my situation JUST STAY AWAY. The rooms arent terrible for area and price but the management and inconveniences I was out through just wasnt worth it.

    Good priced and excellent service

    This hotel is priced within your reach for New York. Public transportation is within 5 minutes close by to the city. Lots of good restaurants within the neighborhood. JFK airport is 10 minutes away. Strategically located.
