  Friendly family hotel with great personnel

  The hotel is simply marvelous in all aspects, however what makes it truly outstanding is the team of dedicated personnel. We've been to other kinder / family hotels in the past but in our opinion this has been the best so far. Whereas others offer a 'baby sitting' style of attending to the children, here it's totally different. A team of highly dedicated animators engage children into daily programs filled with interesting activities throughout the entire day in a safe, loving and caring environment. It's the first time that our kids aged 5 and 7, could spend hours at a kids club without getting bored after some time! Our praise goes of course to the whole animation team, for their very good work. Well done! and keep it up! The food was simply wonderful with a choice of 5 different menus every evening and an extensive buffet of antipastos. Always rigorously fresh and cooked to perfection. we were served by Daniel ,a very nice guy very respectfull and always ready to help us.

  Excellent value and Spacious Rooms

  This hotel is amazing! The value was astonishing for the area and the size and cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. This is an excellent place to experience an extended stay. The breakfast is also fantastic with many choices and friendly staff. The underground parking garage is a plus. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

  Grate place

  This hotel has many advantages. Starting at the fabulous position, it's only a minute walk from to hotel to the main ski lift. Then there is a underground parking which can hold quite tall cars (I don't remember exact height). The food is nice both breakfasts and evening suppers. Most of the staff speak understandable English. Rooms are very nice and spacious and clean. This will be especially appreciated by the guest who are willing to ski. To sum up. I think it's the best choice for skiers seeking for comfortable and good value for money facility.

  Lovely Hotel.

  I have been there on Cristmas with my family.Very clean and ordinated rooms,exellent food and friendly staff.My kids had a great time and so did we.To rivisit as soon as possible.Thank you Giovanna and Matteo.

  A great place for skiing holidays

  The location is perfect. The room is big, clean, quiet and very comfortable. The food was delicious and the waiters were extremely friendly and welcoming. The SPA is small (they have a jacuzzi and a finnish sauna) but had everything needed to relax after a skiing day. We do reccomend it for a stay! Luka and Andrija
