  MUY BUEN HOTEL

  excelente la estadía en este hotel, la atención fue muy buena, totalmente recomendable para los viajeros que tengan el fascinante agrado de visitar Sarajevo, el valor de la habitación muy económico incluye desayuno bufe.

  Muy buena ubicación

  Muy buena ubicación, céntrico. Hotel de estilo moderno, de vanguardia, habitaciones pequeñas, poco espacio, de confort básico. El personal de la recepción no está siempre, en ocasiones se toca timbre y hay que esperar a que concurran para abrir la puerta. Parking exterior reducido para aproximadamente 5 o 6 autos,, sobre la vereda del hotel. Atención aceptable. Desayuno buffet , productos variados,

  Probably decent hotel but my stay was poor

  I stayed here as part of a group tour so may not normally have selected this myself. The hotel is very close to the city centre within easy walking distance of the old town and main shopping area. Great location. Warning! Do not accept Room 101 if you are offered it. Check in was very quick, there are a few steps from reception up to the lift. My room was allocated on the entrance level. Next to the lift and stairs. Room 101. From the moment I entered the room I knew I would not enjoy it here. The room is tiny. Very little space at all and a little claustrophobic. The design is modern with graphics of worldwide destinations on the walls and a range of lighting effects. The bed is a three-quarter size double with decent bedding; however, the mattress was too soft for me. There is a wardrobe behind the room door with a safe. The bathroom is equally compact and was fine except for the fact that the overhead shower fitting was loose and nearly fell out of the wall when I tried to adjust the angle. There is complimentary hand and body soap and a hair dryer. My real issue with the hotel was the noise in this room and the smell of cigarette smoke. You can hear every conversation, phone call and movement of people up and down the stairs or in the lift from this room. You can hear every flush of toilet or draining of water from the rooms above the pipes feel like they flow through the room. Worse still, the staff smoke in a doorway between the room entrance and the lift. This doorway opens outside so whilst they think they are smoking outside; the air blows it into the room and under the bedroom door into the room I used. Awful. It woke me at night with the smell and the conversations of the hotel staff arriving for early morning or while on the phone at night. I asked to be moved after the first night, however the hotel was full and had no rooms to move to. Others in my group who stayed here stated their rooms were great and they had comfortable nights. Breakfast was in the basement with a small buffet including a limited hot selection. A bit basic, however the lady who runs the breakfast room on her own was excellent and really smiley and chatty. There was fresh fruit at last. If I came back to Sarajevo, I would look at other hotels first and only choose this one if I could be off the ground floor and the price was right.

  Ok business hotel

  Stayed here for two nights for business in Sarajevo. Hotel is clean and quiet with a reception that speaks English. The night and day staff were helpful and on hand 24 hours a day. There are few cables hanging out in reception and in the room. No kettle or complimentary water though. Shower was very good, hot and powerful. Pretty average fare for a standard business hotel. Would stay here again though.

  Two day stay

  Clean hotel, friendly staff, willing to help. The rooms are very small, bathroom even smaller. Breakfast is simple. The location is great because you can walk to the Old Town, or to the city center. Easy to access public transport if needed.
