    Impressive boutique hotel

I was impressed when walking into this boutique hotel. It is rather nice and close to the city centre. I had a single room with two single beds on the second floor. There was no lift, so it can be a bummer for some to cart their luggage up and down. The room itself was clean and neat, no fridge but spacious and with a large wardrobe. A big screen wall mounted TV and a nice desk which is more what I need to work on the laptop. The bathroom was good with towels being heated. Large shower with hot water coming out immediately. The drainage hole was a bit slow to empty the water, but that was not a problem. I arrived late in the evening, and the kitchen was so kind as to prepare a vegetarian meal for me. Breakfast was really continental with a good spread to choose from.On Friday evening, a disco was held on the ground floor which went on till late. Whilst I could hear it from my room, it did not really disturb me. As I was provided with transport, the limited parking did not affect me, but it can be a bummer for those travelling in from outside town. Wi-Fi is free and is accessible from anywhere on the premises.

It's a party business. Guests are last priority.

It's my second time here, and both times they were holding parties (wedding, birthdays) until late hours (2 am); so lots of noise: doors banging, guys yelling under my window, loud music... earplugs proved useless. I complained at reception, but the receptionist just listened to me with a patronizing smile and didn't do absolutely anything about it. Obviously the guests are their last priority: first is the party. Then in the morning, before I was done with my breakfast (ok, it was 3 minutes past the hour, but yet), the waiter was asking me to get out. I couldn't believe it, for a hotel this "category". So, a terrible experience. Which is a pity because, for the rest, the hotel is quite nice, good location, wel furnished, and rooms are really fine.

Nice place to stay, friendly service, good food

My partner went here during a 3 day conferenbce in Bialystok. We selected the hotel based on Tripadvisor and the fact we prefer smaller rather than big hotels. Upon arrival the check-in was swift and welcoming. However when she entered the rokm it had a bad smell so she called the reception for another room. The Staff quickly came up and when noticing the smell immediately gave her another room, she received a large size 2-floor apartment. As with the initial room (besodes the smell) also this room was spotless clean. The bathroom had both a bath and a shower. The bed and pillows were of a (very) good quality. She used the restaurant for 2 dinners and she advised that the quality of food was really nice, well presented and tasty. Also in the restaurant the service was very friendly. The breakfast was of a good quality as well with sufficient choice. The only thing a bit negative was that despite she stayed on the 2nd floor she could clearly hear the parties that were going on downstairs so possibly people on the first floor could have had a real issue with sleeping while the party was going on. As she was very tired she did not suffer that much she said. But definitely a place to remember in case we need to stay in Bialystok.

In bathroom - big shower and a bath. Very clean. Just one minus very bad wifi.
