  Quite and Clean Room (Recommended)

  Stayed here for 3 nights. Location is along the road and 5 minutes walk to the beach. Choose room 303 or 304 because it is at the back side of the hotel where you can sleep well since it is very quite. Room is nice ( a little paint retouch is needed though) very cold AC with hot and cold shower. Bed is nice, furniture is nice with flat screen TV, pillows and blankets are very clean and white. Coffee and water provided daily for free ( I hope they include bread and butter) since they do not offer breakfast. The room has its own kettle you can have noodles or coffee anytime. What we like most is the staffs they are very friendly and accommodating they even provided us plastic for our laundry and wet clothes. All in all the 3 nights went very well. We would surely come back here.

  Budget friendly yet feels like a 5 star hotel

  We stayed here for 1 night. Staffs were very kind to us they let us check in earlier than scheduled. I was with my family and they were happy with the room we got. Clean and quiet. Near a bank so you can withdraw cash. Easy access and less hassle.

  home away from home

  this hotel delivered more than we expected for the price we were charged. the staff were all courteous and very reliable with our requests and inquiries. the hotel owner was very accommodating too. the rooms were clean and relatively new, and it had a rooftop which we used a lot. (i don't know if it's really for the guests but we never found it closed during the day so i guess it was okay?) my parents (both senior citizens) wished it had a elevator though, since our room was on the 5th floor, but i guess the nice ambiance of our room on top made up for it, and since it's a vacation, we were never in a hurry anyway. we loved that although the hotel was on the main road, the noise outside never disturbed us. it was also far enough from the beachfront to be restful but not too far when we want to go to the beach. will we go back to abozza? definitely.

  Good family friendly budget accomodation in Boracay is getting hard to find - check this one out!

  Positives Great location, across the road from Station X mall (they have an amazing pool there that you can use for 1200PHP for 2 people - this includes a 1000PHP food and beverage credit), many restaurants on the street in front and leading to the beach, easy walk to the beach in under 10 minutes, easy to get a motorbike/tuk-tuk out the front. Rooms were very clean, but they will not clean them each day unless you ask them to. The room size was good, we were able to fit a travel cot easily. Most staff were friendly enough, they were very kind to our inquisitive toddler. We booked transfers through the hotel and they were pretty seamless and easy (great after getting off a delayed flight with a grumpy two-year-old). Not so positives There is a lot of construction going on in the area, there were several mornings where the jackhammering started at 7 am, to the hotel's credit, they spoke to the building site and were able to get them to hold off at least until 8 most days. Wifi is pretty crappy, even with the dongle thing they give you (runs out of battery quickly, can't get a signal most of the time). Get your own SIM card at the airport (we got ours in Manila while waiting for a transfer). The 2GB of just data from SMART was a good deal, they don't advertise it though, you have to ask them). The air conditioners are really loud and will blow directly on your bed depending what room you are in, you either roast with them off or freeze with them on. Putting a towel over the air con vent seemed to help a little bit. The air conditioning system could do with an upgrade.

  Don't waste your money.

  Positive: Great location to the beach. Its just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Also there is a convenient store right across the street that's open 24 hours. That's it for the positives. Negatives: the staff was friendly, that was until we had some complaints. We had issues with the room like ants on the bed and other issues that made our stay uncomfortable. I don't have enough time to describe them all. Granted they did try to fix them but to no avail. We were not offered any other options as far as changing our rooms either. I usually don't give bad reviews but in this instance I feel it was necessary because we felt cheated out of our money for staying here when there are so many other better places to stay. Lets not even talk about the non existant wifi. Its the worst. There are no amenities such as a pool or breakfast. I CANNOT recommend this hotel to anyone, not even for one night.
