  Good size room, good value

  Large well equipped rooms. Friendly staff Breakfast with daily variables and plenty of choices. Location is good with a few 24 hrs restaurants in walking distance. Family friendly. Hot water in the shower took forever was only draw back.

  Comfortable Stay

  It was an excellent property with good facilities. The staff were really courteous and helpful especially Ms. Panchali. Prompt service was provided through the stay. It was very close the Expo Centre which was very convenient.

  Great stay - Value for money

  I loved the stay here, its great value for money. I had everything I needed and its in a handy location. Galal and Amir at the front desk were always helpful and friendly. The room was clean, spacious and well appointed with a big bathroom. The floors are accessible from the multi-storey car park inside the building which is of great convenience to the visitors. The food in the restaurant was nice coupled with the great service. I can highly recommend Al Salam Grand Hotel and will definitely be back soon.

  Comfortable Stay with Reservation

  The Receptionist is very helpful and accommodating. I was assigned in room where there is construction nearby. I ask if I can change room and was transferred to a bigger room with city view. The swimming pool is open after 6 pm during this season. Big and comfortable bed. Huge closet with safety box. Complete toiletries and sleepers. No cold water in bathroom. Weighing scale not working. Avocado juice and Burger is just okay. Holding passport is a NO for me.

  Horrible, Nightmare, Worthless

  Im pretty sure you DONT want to stay here.The worst experience ever. Its NOT 3-4 stars rated hotel. Literally NIGHTMARE. There is a man in charge of day time reception, name is Amir. Hes the worst. - When you check-in, receptionists will laugh at you in their language in front of your eyes. They treated us like fools and it turned out they put our nationallity as North Korea even though I said that Im from South Korea for 3 times. Clearly intended. I saw they do this to every customer. - Shower in the room was broken, and they said Do you really need to take a shower tonight? Its late, better just get sleep. - Not working hair dryer - Parking lots should be paid and has to pay a week as minimum - Airport suttle will be charged, and its more expensive than taxi - Extremely poor lobby, pool - Luggage storage? Its under the chair which is in the middle of the wide opened lobby. I dont write bad reviews even though when its really bad. But they were way much out of the line even as a human being. Ive traveled over 20 countries, and found nowhere worst than this. Only bell boy was great.
