  A PESAR de numerosos pedidos y recomendaciones gubernamentales que tendrian que devolver el importe pre-pago por un servicio que no prestan, solo ofrecen cambiar la fecha , aunque fueron avisados con bastante tiempo de antelacion y con vuelos suspendidos , o sea sin ninguna posiblidad de viajar.

  An excellent choice for families! Great service , good and kind staff, nice food, big swimming pool and a fun water park for kids and adults and mostly important Clean rooms! Worth the money for all inclusive package

  Great relaxing holiday

  Always happy to visit one of the Marismare hotels in Cyprus. This time we visited the Holiday village and Waterpark. A special thank you to Soulla and the rest of the gang at the pool bar they made our holiday unforgettable.

  Great value for money

  1- It is by the sea, but it is rocky beach, of course there are plenty of swimming pools, so you do not need the beach. 2- Aquapark available for kids and adult 3- All inclusive was helpful because we had children, so ice cream, granita, slush, water, etc and for the adults, ouzo, beers, cocktails... 2- Rooms are fine for the money paid 3- Buffet food is good, I think it depends on the chef of the shift, sometime days it was not tasty 4- One of the bartenders needs to work on hygiene, he is the chubby bartender, but he is kind though 5- ants in the rooms of the ground floor, thank God we stayed in the first floor 6- It is my second stay at the hotel, and I guess I will book it again if I have the chance in the future

  Disappointment!!!!

  Me, my wife & 3 children (2 years 6years & 13 years) we arrived at the Hotell at 10.8.20 at 14:00. It was lunch time and when i get in the lobby i was in shock. The people was next to each other no social distances because of the corona virus,no gloves no nothing.... and all was taching on the foot blace, speaking and shouting. After that we went to the reseption the ladies there was wearing the mask on the chin and not on the nose.... After we gave our names etc. they gave us a paper to sign that all the rouls about corona virus are ok... When i saw that i was get apset but the reseptionist there told me if i had samething to say to talk with the manager and she was very rude. After that we took the keys and went to our room. The room was clean and looked ok. When i get into the bedroom i saw the bed of my 2 years old boy.... See the pictures... Before he gets in he injured his finger.... Unexeptable.... (we put him to sleep into our bed all time). The swimming pools are very nice and the rest of personnel was ok. The next day we woke up and we went for breakfast same thing with the people as yesterday. (the one on top of the other) we left and ate outside. After an hour we went back to the room and one more unpleasant surprise was expecting us. Outside of our room they collect all the garbage of the hotell (see pictures). The smell was very unpleasant..... And they left them there until the next day... (we can not go out of the room or seat on the veranta becuse of the bad smell.) the rest 2 days we stay at the hotel we used only the pools and nothing else... A big disappointed for us.... NOT RECOMENTED ESPECIALY THIS PERIOD
