  Bueno y acogedor

  La habitación que nos dieron era enorme, con una cuna también para nuestro bebé de 11 meses. Las opciones del desayuno son geniales y la atención del personal bastante buena también. El restaurante es un poco caro pero está todo buenísimo.

  Best value in Ao Nang

  I stayed here some years ago and was impressed so I was a bit hesitant to re book in case it had got tired. Quite the opposite is true. The Italian /Thai owners have invested heavily in upgrading all the rooms which are exceptional. It's a boutique hotel with only 17 rooms, restaurant and spa. The rooms are spotless, huge with very quiet new aircon and spacious modern bathrooms. The restaurant is also good and both Thai and Italian food is unusually good, especially if compared with the tourist food served up in most places in Ao Nang. I paid 1,000 baht per night, in off peak it can be 500. Bargain! Service was excellent and staff friendly. Maybe some were family members as they spoke Thai, English and Italian. Hotel was happy to arrange trips and transport. A serious upgrade from my last stay. Thumbs up.

  Budget Friendly hotel in a quiter area of Ao Nang

  The hotel is very neat and has a homely atmosphere. The rooms are nicely decorated and are quite spacious. The restaurant serves a nice variety of food and offers discounts to hotel guests. There are quite a few family rooms with nice view. The service altogether was prompt and the staff were very helpful. All the stuff you need i.e convenience stores, scooter rental, Massage are within a walking distance. The only thing I missed was a kettle on the room. I like to start my day with a tea and would appreciate if I could make that in the morning by myself. Also a small soap cake besides the bathroom sink would be nice. Many thanks for your service. Will definitely recommend staying here to everyone who is looking an affordable stay in a peaceful environment.

  Lovely Staff, Good Restaurant and view from our room was lovely

  Ok at first when we arrived to be honest it was like arriving at Stalag 47, with signs saying, beach towels were 150 baht deposit and 50 baht a day, but they werent really beach towels. You have to take your shoes off to go to your room and carry 2 heavy (2 x 20kgs) suitcases up 4 flights of steps, as no lift, it was no fun. Then theres a sign which says if you get chocolate or blood stains on the sheets or pillowcases theres a 500 baht fine. So not a great start, there is a fridge , not a minibar as stated and you have to hand over your pre prepared breakfast chitty every morning for breakfast, which was OK but limited. Then the staff are amazingly helpful, 3 of the girls were amazing, the cleaners were efficient and couldnt do more, they were constantly smiling, the lady owner was a real character and very friendly, her partner, said hello to us once in 10 days, however the food in the restaurant and the cocktails were both lovely, the room was big and the balcony had sea views, bed a bit hard bit overall we had a lovely stay here. Linen changed every day .

  Budget friendly.....but too noisy!

  Definitely a good value if you can handle the street noise in your room. A very basic stay.....no wash cloth, tea kettle or tissue, for example. On the positive side, the bed was king size and the breakfast quite acceptable.....order from a menu of about 6 choices. The staff was friendly and the common areas were clean.....must remove your shoes at reception. The bed was made each day but little cleaning beyond that......obvious that no cleaning done in the bathroom. Location is good.....10 -15 minute walk to beach. As other reviews have noted, there was a smell in the bathroom but it was not especially bad and was not noticeable in the bedroom. Next visit will spend a bit more for quiet!
