  Not a good place to stay, left one day early could not wait to get out.

  This building needs to be torn down.Why any one would buy a unity in this building is unbeliable. I have listed this as the worst place I have ever stayed with RSI.and told my friends that have memberships.

  Vacation

  Had a great time. The location was great. We had the 2 bedroom room. We did not have an ocean view but when looking out at from the balcony, we could see the ocean. There were no bugs. The room was dated. Due to covid19, repairs were being done which was why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

  My Time Share

  They had a new Staff and was short handed with cleaning people. We was late getting into our room and it was not clean.There was only one roll of toilet paper for two the bathrooms.The trash had not bend picked up during our stay.

  Sad state of affairs

  As owners of a week 30 unit, we have been coming here for more than ten years. We have family that have owned a unit on week 31 for close to 40 years. I can without a doubt say this year was horrible. I packed plenty of cleaning products due to Covid-19. Missing items from their checklist, front desk did not seem interested in making in right. Sand on the bathroom counter, mold under the knife block on the kitchen counter(yes a patch a green mold on the counter). I took pictures of the mold and shared them with the front office. This was resolved quickly. Ice machine on 2nd floor out of service. No signage as to when it would be fixed. Reported to office, they indicated they would put a sign up. 5 days later, no sign and still not fixed. Asked about virus cleaning of the pool area including deck chairs. Was told they are wiped down multiple times per day. I took pictures showing chair alignments and they did not move

  not the same since management has changed

  place is falling apart and being neglected since management ha changed. The place isn't has clean as it used to be and things are getting fixed as quickly as they should be....I don' t know how it's going to last this way
