  Totally dissatisfied

  Yeah it was old basic so called luxury double room with spa. The hot water tank was too small to fill the spa to a usable level. I could deal with the old furniture but then not being able to have a shower in the morning because we tried to put enough water in the spa. Info on the web site is incorrect. No breakfast available at all. I guess it was clean but I expected to get what was advertised. The owner eventually agreed to refund part of the cost of the deluxe room. I would never go back. It might pay to check the property I would rate 1 Star.

  Over night stay

  Very disappointed. Blankets where stained, mould in shower, floor dirty, beds are hard not desent mattress protectors. Friends said it was bad 20 years ago. Suggested ringing them if we felt unsafe. Other guests had changed rooms also.

  So called 'refurbished' must have been in the 50's overpriced should have gone to Pakenham Caravan Park just down the road and got a cabin for the night.Chinese bloke at the desk who was rude and should not be operating it,Serioiusly DON'T EVEN Consider it.

  Ever again

  Reception not a friendly welcome. Look as though he had just lost his best friend. Not a good start. Confusion regarding rate to pay and was not prepared to listen .. did not pursue as we were tired and hungry. Entered room allocated by him and after unpacking found bed size was not what we required .. QS. Then were given the right room with some grumbling etc. Would not go here again !!

  Disappointed

  The bathroom looked like it had been renovated. We paid extra for the spa suite. Bathroom had no door, toilet also had no door . Room lit up when daylight broke. Bed was a cheap iron and wooden frame that legit felt like it was going to collapse every time I moved during the night. Definitely needs to be replaced. One soap and 1 sachet of shampoo per person only which is something people complained about years ago. I lifted my bag in the morning and there was a cockroach under it . Its a shame because it could have a lot of potential of it were looked after
