  Unit was in a prime location maintenance personal was very cordial would suggest no one request no get a 6th floor room were the pool deck is people from above smoke on their balcony and pluck their cigarettes over there balcony and they land on the pool deck and wind blows them on 6th floor balconies

  Excellent Views, Clean Property with COVID19 Safety Precautions

  This property is across the street from the beach but we had an excellent view of the beach and ocean from our couch and balcony. We stayed on the 11th floor. You just cross the street and are on the beach in 2 minutes. There are many restaurants within walking distance that served excellent food. These restaurants were recommended by the property concierge staff who also provided us with coupons for these establishments. For COVID19, masks were required at this property. Elevator restrictions/guidelines were well posted. They had plexiglass coverings at the check-in and concierge desks. All of these steps made us feel very safe at this property. The one bed condo included a washer/dryer which was very convenient. Due to COVID, they did not offer a towel exchange but provided as much laundry detergent as needed so you could launder your own linens. The condo was in excellent shape with new appliances, clean furniture, nice decor and comfortable beds. They had a special coffee maker which we used daily. We were pleased to see that recycling was offered on-site and we fully utilized it. We would definitely stay at this property again. It has certainly earned the RCI Gold Crown Status that it has posted. The basic Wifi was slow but tolerable. You'll need to pay to upgrade to a faster speed if you need to videoconference or stream data. We stayed the week after Christmas. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays. For New Year's Eve, we were able to watch a colorful fireworks display from our balcony which enhanced our stay. We highly recommend this property.

  Nice Location Though Not Directly on Water

  This place was nice. I had a three-bedroom unit that was comfortable with the exception of the dining room chairs which were the most uncomfortable chairs I have ever sat in while in a hotel. They are a hard plastic with no cushioning whatsoever. Why such a nice place as this with top notch interior design would opt for such chairs is beyond me. Change out the chairs and you have some really beautiful units. Other than that, we have absolutely no complaints. The interior of our unit was outstanding. This complex is across the street from the ocean but from our unit (1009) we had about as good a view of the ocean as you can get from this hotel. It was quite nice actually. Another cool thing is that from the master shower you can look through the bedroom right out to the water. It is lovely. The grounds were meticulous maintained. The parking garage is very tight and the parking even in February can be challenging. If you have a big vehicle you will have some issues with this garage for sure. The bed was very comfortable, the unit temperature was easy to regulate, and the bathrooms were very nicely appointed with really nice towels. Our three-bedroom unit had four ceiling fans, one in each bedroom and one in the living area. Wow! When do you come across a unit with 4 ceiling fans. This hotel is between 24th and 25th street. I would stay here again especially if I had the nice view that I had this week. If this hotel was on the water I would have given it 5 start.

  Very nice hotel with a view

  We were very happy with this hotel. It appears that each room is set up for a beach view. The room, 1 bedroom, was large and clean. The staff was nice. We only had 2 issues with our stay. First had to do with a cleaning fee. Because we used RCI to transfer in, we were charged an additional $89 for housekeeping. This is beyond what RCI charges us to book. The second issue falls in line with the first. The hotel provides shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Each container is sealed individually. However, the shampoo was not. This makes us wonder if this was left over from the previous occupants. This was not found out until we were attempting to use it. If I am being charged a cleaning fee, I was not satisfied.

  Awesome view from the 18th floor

  Ask to be put on the highest floor possible for the awesome beach views. Park as low as you can or you might get dizzy going round and round in the parking garage. Lol Bring your golf clubs for the fantastic golf courses in the Myrtle Beach area.
