  Alejado pero muy comodo

  Elegimos este hotel, por el precio, ya que era un fin de semana complicado en alojamientos . Excelente la atención del personal de recepcion, muy limpias las habitaciones y cómodas. El pasajero dispone durante todo el día de café, té o agua y microondas El desayuno muy bueno.

  so I was going to stay at the casulo hotel there was nobody in the front whenever I checked in have to wait 20 minutes and whenever someone did show up she was so rude and I told her I got rightly upset that there is no one up front and she said well you can leave and she wasn't wearing her mask her name was Gabby and she was just so horrible to us that we just I just could not believe that they let someone like her work at this quote-unquote boutique Hotel and I'm so livid that I will never ever stay there again

  This place is dirty

  We went for an overnight staycation based off photos and descriptions on their website. Big mistake. The place reeks of cigarette smoke and the people roaming were so sketchy. One guy had his pants down below his butt with his underwear exposed and proceeded to sit on the lobby furniture. There are old and broken (flat tire) vehicles in the front lot. The room had seen better days. Stains on everything from the Asian lamp shade to the love seat. I didnt dare sit anywhere. The bed looked ok but the lighting is so bad that maybe there were details that we just werent able to see. The smell was musty and of cigarette, youll notice that the moment you walk in. I wouldnt recommend and definitely never going back. Everything just looked old and nearly run down and dirty.

  Awful!!!

  We chose this hotel for the jacuzzi in the room, the Japanese jacuzzi room was the room type. The jacuzzi was fantastic and that was it. When you walked into the room, it smelled off. Probably because of all the drains. The walls and bathroom door were disgusting. Mix match touch up paint through out the room. Curtains were half way on and vines from outside were growing thru the window. I was awoken by a Water bug on my neck so that was fun. This place could have some real potential if they had a maintenance manager that cared. Wont be back. Front desk staff not helpful and parking is awful.

  Worst Hotel with terrible customer service

  Talk about over promise under deliver! Do yourself a favor and stay at ANY OTHER HOTEL in the area and save yourself some money. First of all it said free breakfast but there was no breakfast at all. Not enough towels for the jacuzzi room and no more could be provided. Cigarette burn holes in the furniture. Incomplete carpet tiles on a cement floor. You could hear the people above us stomp around all night long. Someone down the hall had the tv on and you could hear it all night. Cheap paper thin walls. But that was nothing; the empty jacuzzi tub turned on all by itself in the middle of the night scaring all of us. Took my baby a good hour to settle down and go back to sleep. We awoke to the smell of someone smoking cigarettes at 7am. Yumm! When we went to complain and ask for a partial refund the girl at the front pointed to a sign that read if we did not complain within 15 minutes of arrival that no refund would be given. I had to explain to her these things happens while we were sleeping so letting front desk know as soon as we got there was not possible. She then tried to offer us a discount for another stay. I said no thank you. We are from out of town only here for one night and would like a partial refund because we are stay was very unsatisfactory for what we paid. She said she did not have authority to do that so we said get someone who does. She said that person would be there in another two hours! I said we are checking out now call them on the phone. Then some man said they cant because that person is 80 years old. I said what does that have to do with anything? If they are in charge you should call them instead of expecting me to wait around for two hours. I call my 96 year old grandmother all the time and she can handle it. They refused and I said I would call the better business bureau. This stupid girl actually told me she didnt care! Nice customer service and in the hospitality industry!! This place is totally run down, dirty, and pathetic just like the day staff at the front desk.
