  Rude staff

  My husband and I bought a night at Coshocton Inn and Suites to surprise our boys - ages 7 and 8. The evening desk clerk was pleasant - no issues. The boys swam, along with about 10 other kids that were also staying in the hotel with their families. They jumped in and played and had a good time. I didn't allow them to dive or run, as those are posted rules. After breakfast, I took the boys to the pool. We were going to swim from 10-11am checkout. They were the only 2 kids in the pool area. They were taking turns jumping in and having a nice time. A woman with orange hair and scrubs came in and told them they're not allowed to jump into the pool. I was confused so I went to the front desk to ask if my kids aren't allowed to "jump" into the water. The clerk very rudely said, "That's correct, no diving allowed." I told her the kids weren't diving, just jumping, and there's nothing posted about NO JUMPING. She repeated, "Well jumping is diving and it's not allowed." First of all - JUMPING is NOT DIVING Second of all - If you don't want any JUMPING (not diving) then just *post a sign.* My kids are smart and well-behaved. If there were a sign, I wouldn't have allowed them to jump. But there wasn't. This may seem small, but my children were very embarrassed to have a staff person come in and get angry at them for doing something that ALL the kids were doing the night before. Please teach your staff to learn the difference between diving and jumping, and please don't be rude. We spend our good money at your hotel and just want to have a nice time!

  Okay for two nights

  This hotel had nice rooms, except we did not have hot water the last night we stayed. There were numerous rooms having hot water problems that night. Most of the staff was nice, we only had one exception with the hotel. They did not tell us before we booked about the circumstances with the pool. You only get to swim for one hour, and you have to sign up for a time to go swimming. We did not know this and the staff came in and told us to get out, we were confused although we figured out it was for COVID-19 safety reasons. Overall we had a decent stay and would stay here again.

  Great hotel for the price

  Weekend away on bike. Great little hotel minutes from roscoe village. Looks like everything was updated recently. Had no problems. When we decide to head back down that way will have no problem staying again.

  Coshocton village inn

  The staff was wonderful and very accommodating! Great couples get away!! The winery package was awesome! The rooms were clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the pool and and Jacuzzi! The Jacuzzi tub in our room was a nice addition. The hotel was very centrally located to the wineries!

  This place was a LIFESAVER!!

  We had rented an Airbnb down the road for a bachelorette party. The Airbnb was AWFUL! We couldnt sleep in the beds and were very uncomfortable being there. We called first thing on Saturday morning and Renee saved our weekend! We were able to get a room that morning to shower before the start of the day. She greeted the bride with flowers, chocolates, and a bottle of champagne! She made us feel so welcome! The rooms were perfect and the right price! We had a great stay and a great interaction with the entire staff! Cant wait to go back, especially to see Renee!
