  Enjoyed our stay

  My husband and I went to Bodrum for the first time at the end of August. Our hotel was changed to Cesars by the travel agent at the last minute. We were extremely unhappy about this. Hotel manager and front desk staff were very helpful in trying to assist us and changed our room to a bigger and nicer one. Cleanliness of the rooms is not at all good. Bedding and towels were clean so we didn't stress over the floors. Pool and surrounding area was always clean and had lots of loungers and it was never a problem getting one. Although the food variety was not that great it was edible and we never went hungry. We enjoyed our stay.

  Good holiday

  The staff is very friendly and helpful! The restaurant is perfect!You need to choose a room that is located far from the swimming pool, if you would like to rest :) You can hear Turkish pop music whole day :) We'll go back soon!

  The worst hotel and dirtiest ever

  This is one of the worst hotels ever experienced! There is nothing about the hotel to recommend, no room service or even basic standard hotel options. The beds are horrible, unhygienic, unhealthy and not even clean and you can tell nothing gets washed. Its very run down to a point, everything provided is old and torn. Don't expect any service from the staff and there is no room service whatsoever and everything is self service. If you require any room service, be prepared to leave the hotel and walk a far distance to reach to the nearest bar for any beverages like water or ice. The rooms are so hot and very poor air con systems in place that don't even work! Very over priced and to give it 1 star rating is even hard, as any standard bed and breakfast motel would be far better then staying here. The sad part of it all the place has potential, but unfortunately it's so run down with no care or interest. Don't even waste your money and look else where as they are not even interested in making any changes nor do they care. So don't expect any service or expect to enjoy your stay here as you will be disappointed.

  Nice and Cozy place for your stay. AMAZNG!!

  We have spent almost 10 days in this hotel and I only can say that it was amazing. It is like a small family hotel and you can know everyone in just one day. I bought a standart room but they gave us a family suit because they didnt want us to wait so long. I'm so thankful for that. The room they gave us was big and clean. some people are complaining about cleanin but seriously we didn't had any problem with the cleaning. They had cleaned our room everyday. Bed was really comfy and big so we had good sleep everynight. Room had small balcony which is good so you can take a breath and smoke, and also you can even sit there if you want. Restaurant is near the beach and in every meal it is giving you a good view. You can have good dinners in that restaurant. The hotel is working as all inclusive so don't expect room service or something. They have everything you need at the bar and restaurant. And also they have always tea and coffee at the lobby bar. You can also find some hot water in there. Whenever we had a problem they have solved as fast as they can. Further that I dont know what to say about it. If you are looking nice and cozy place this place is for you. We have left this hotel with a happy face and now we are looking forward to go back there.

  Very rude and zero customer service. They did my reservation after 4 pm although we came before 2 pm and the room wasn't ready at 4 pm too. I have a problem regarding my reservation as I have booked through agoda.com and the hotel even didn't try to solve my issue and ignore me with a very rude way from lady at the reception who seems to be their supervisor.
