  Horrible experience

  Dont book this apartment! Check in was horrible, we had to ask another apartment complex and search around the corner.. The pictures do not match the apartment youre gonna get and the place was very filthy! Cockroaches in the apartment every day and the floor and shower was dirty. The only bright side was the daily fresh towels.. Again, dont book this!

  Don't book this place

  We booked via Booking.com but breakfast was not included and the room looked completely different from the pictures. On a noisy main-street, you need earplugs all the time. BUT the main problem were the cockroaches at night, which is really an unpleasant experience, esp. for this price. The "management" did nothing to help us or reduce the price. The only positive thing was the location close to the beach.

  Horrible place with horrible staff, cheating and thief their customers

  If you would like to see how a hotel cheat with the pictures, pls visit this place. 1. shock: they charged my credit card for a cancelled booking, that had been cancelled in the time limit. - they haven't noticed the reservation does not exist anymore, and if I do not complain they will never realise. 2. shock: we booked an apartment with balcony but there was no balcony - if we do not mention it, they will never say it, but charged us for the room with balcony. 3. shock: room has not even a similar spot with the one in the pictures - I do not know where the pictures were taken, but the photographer did a really good job. It was more than a hostel, than a hotel. The air conditioning was above the tv, and the electricity was in a very bad and old term. In the bathroom while sitting in the toilet you can wash your leg at the same time. There was something black falling out of the water heater all the time, I guess it was ready to explode. 4. shock: When you are ready to complain for all the things are happening to you at this place, you realise that the .manager is a ghost who you can never talk to, never reachable and all you have is just to little girl sitting in front of you, who can not help you at all. To sort out our problem took 2 days long. Opening hours exist, but they do not keep it. 5. shock: The cleaning service does not know the world: knock at the door before you enter a room. 6. shock: NO RECEIPT WAS GIVEN AFTER OUR PAYMENT even we asked for!!!! - horrible place, with horrible staff. - If you want to collect bad memories, please visit! Ps: the money they had been withdrawn by mistake is still not on my bankaccount.

  Do not stay here!

  There is only one thing that was great about this place, and that is the location just a few meters from the beach. However, everything else was terrible! Let's start with check in: we were supposed to pick up the keys at a different place nearby, but there was nobody there when we arrived. So we didn't know what to do, where to leave the car, etc. We called all the phone numbers that were on the door, but nobody answered. Eventually after about 30 minutes somebody showed up and sent us away to come back later for check in. We did, and when we actually arrived at our building, that was the first shock. Nothing looked anything like the pictures in the online booking!!! Terrible! Everything was run down, old, moldy,.... This should not be allowed! (By that I mean showing completely different pictures online!) Then, we had issues with the toilet from the first day onwards. We tried to contact the owners several times. Most times my call was rejected, and when somebody picked up, they said they will send somebody over. But nobody ever showed up. This went of for a few hours, me calling and them saying somebody is on the way.... well, the toilet never got fixed so we either had to go in nearby cafes, or basically do our businesses on top of each other.... and believe me, after a 4 night stay, things get ugly! Also, we asked for an extra blanked since there weren't enough. We got one, only to have it taken away again the next day by the "cleaning staff"... WHAT?? Also, all the "cleaning staff" did was leave new towels, nothing was actually ever cleaned. All in all a bad experience and definitely not worth the money!

  Buen apartamento.

  El apartamento está impecable, nuevo y bonito y bien situado al lado de la playa, totalmente recomendable, por poner un pero,diría que la terracita al ser planta baja, da a la calle con lo cual la privacidad es escasa.
