  Friendly staff,great location

  We stayed heremail in a trip for an international competition for my daughter. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the food was very fresh and delicious! The location was excellent with lots of restaurants nearby and a big mall very close for shopping. Highly recommend.

  Good location behind SOGO

  Good points: - Good location right behind SOGO - Near a wedding photoshoot shop "La Fatte" - Service wise not bad - Family mart and 7-11 is just 2-3mins away (right oppersite for 7-11) - If you want to go to the biggest night market in taichung cost around NTD200 - World gym oppersite and True fitness walking distance - Shower gel and shampoo are all ORGANIC! Yay to healthy skin and hair =) Bad points: - Breakfast pretty bad, been here 3 years ago the breakfast still the same Hope this helps =)

  Comfortable Room, Helpful Staff.

  Stayed a night with family at this boutique quaint hotel which was just next to Sogo departmental store. Hotel was new n modern with unique British styled furnishing. Excellent room - reasonable size, clean, v comfortable mattress, nice shower w strong water pressue. Were provided w clean towel, hairdryer, generous toiletries (generous supply of soap n shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, but no body lotion), n paper sandal. Adequate breakfast buffet spread - drink (2 types of juices, soya milk, coffee, tea), salad n fruit, western bfast items (of bread,scones, etc), eastern bfast items (noodles, porridge, noodles n 3 chinese dishes). Staff at the restaurant n front desk were friendly - they smiled n greeted you. The girl at front desk was also v helpful. She helped us carry our luggage when she saw us pushing the luggage towards a waiting car. The only shortfall w the hotel was the wifi connection. Although there was free wifi, it was v slow n kept dropping (being disconnected). Would have given the hotel an excellent rating if not for the wifi issue.

  Worth every cent

  Big bed, cosy room which worth every cent. Was there for 3nights. Good location and near to shopping area. Staff ate friendly and helpful. Hotel design is nice. Breakfast not very good but overall still fine. Will be back again.

  Excellent location, matey staff (Mandarin helps, mind you), comfortable room (suite with kitchenette). BUT -- the buffet breakfast is downright nasty -- cold, poor quality food that we could barely finish. I'm not the first to mention this on this site. Taiwanese seem to enjoy their food; the markets are filled with fresh fruit. An egg chef. Some decent bread. It's not rocket science. Management, are you listening?
