    A Wonderful Memory Worth Remembering

    We stayed here for two nights. Amidst of the pandemic situation, staff provided us their best service. It is indeed a 5-star service. We must mention about "Arul". He gave his best to make our stay a wonderful one with the support of his staff. We highly recommend this place for anyone who wish to have a calm and nice stay in Nuwaraeliya. And the location of this hotel is also great. Not far from Nuwaraeliya town. Hoping to visit Galway Heights soon.

    A delightful retreat

    I have nothing but wonderful comments about this Hotel. In line with the current health requirements, the Hotel appeared to be fully sanitized. Our room was clean and spacious. The managers, reception and the other staff members (Pradeep and Arul) were always polite and supportive. Personally we loved almost all their food; thumbs-up for the chef. Loved the little trek in the Galways NP, could spot few endemic bird species. Overall, highly recommend this Hotel; a delightful retreat hidden in the Galways.
