  Comfortable stay in a budget hotel

  I had been in this hotel, for a short span of 2 days. My stay was quite comfortable, but the building is a bit outdated. However, the staff was very nice and helpful. They were ready to serve their customers with a smile. I had a pleasant stay. Very close to Langkawi airport. Would definitely recommend.

  Way above the decent

  My first international hotel stay outside India which was amazing and pleasant. Had everything in the room brush,tea maker, iron,towel,tv,bathtub etc and swimming pool and major attraction was that view of the sea from the balcony glass doors. Breakfast was too good though Indian food was absent.

  Budget Hotel with Good Facilities

  Room 627 & 628, highest floor. 628 facing sea view, while 627 facing shoplots. both rooms are twin beds, but 627 have bigger area. room facilities provided are complete e.g small water bottle, coffee/tea with electric kettle, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, bathtub, limited channel tv. we have minimal issue with toilet as the water pressure is quite slow for shower and toilet bowl tank was never full, though several complaints were made and responded swiftly. there is unwanted smell while waiting the lift, probably from the air freshener. hotel is quite old and facilities are ok, could be better. strategically located near restaurants, mall and main road. nevertheless, we enjoy our stay there.

  Regularly visit.

  I regularly visit this hotel. Compare to the others hotel price range, I prefer to choose Grand Continental because we know it's used to be 4 star hotel range. Facilities still there even it's old. Room size u can't change, it's mean it's bigger than the rest 3 star hotel can provide. I believe already spend more than 10 nights. The team member from fo to eng know me and my wife. The is no problem to have your preferred make up room time, or extra amenities (towel,pillow,or mineral water). Just be polite when communicate with the team member, they sure will treat us as a guest in a proper manner. Yes I do have some challenges before, but after sometimes, they know what I need as a guest in their hotel, they appreciate me. It's my second home. Thanks to Puan Ayu for a good room arrangement Everytime I arrive. See you all soon.

  We Mohd Rashid & Wife (Rosita) was very pleased and happy during our stay in Hotel Grand Continental to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary for 8days. Excellent customer service provided by the staff's, very supportive, helpful, high level of courtesy and well trained. Hence we would like to gratitude them with lot of thanks for the outstanding hospitally provided to us especially to Noor Aida Ayu, Mohd Hafiz, Zulfadli and the rest of the team..
