  OUR MOTTO IS GUEST SATISFACTION & HOTEL BEST SERVICE Good hotel for family or friends group. Location and distance is good from the taj mahal. Even we can go by just walking. Just bathing water needs to be filter as the same is very salty. Surely will come here again. Good room service. Wifi facility. Ac rooms at affordable prices.

  I am fully satisfied with this hotel , super location only 0.8 KM approx from the east gate of TajMahal , very close to shopping center and area developed by Agra development authority , Food was well, we ordered food from our room and it was quickly served . very pleasant atmosphere , no big noise , neat and clean room , definitely they need to improve small services , when we entered the room AC not working for 10-15 mins this is because of the remote problem , so they need to work out on this , highly recommended. We are on a very short trip and stay 1 night only. Overall very good hotel

  avoid it

  i was in september with my indian daughter and 2 sisters in law and the staff asks in hindi to my daughter with which one woman i make love in first i m 60 years old and sponsor children this family since 1999 no breakfast in this hotel not near taj because u have to buy tickets in another door and agra is with many bad people

  Travelers take care, The staff steals from the guests

  I went to this hotel while, on arrival, leave bags in the room and went to the front desk to check in. to return to the room I look at my bags and money from the wallet had been stolen! in just 5 minutes! I rushed up the stairs, I looked for someone at the reception to help me. Not only refused help, but laughed at me and treated me as a liar. I called the police, was present at the hotel, then went to the police station to testify. The police fined the establishment and asked not to charge me stay. At the end of it, I prevented the departure and insulted and harassed to pay. They ruined the trip and it was the worst place I stay in my life.

  Avoid at all costs

  This Hotel for some reason has more than one name. Its has be the most dirty hotel I have ever stopped in The bedsheets were stained despite getting them changed there was blood on them. No hot water and no WiFi. Staff were not very helpful. A very poorly run hotel and in bad condition.
