  Excellent

  We visit Haris apartments in middle of the winter. The room was cozy warm and well equipped with all the kitchen amenities. Receptionist was very helpful and ready to help with everything we asked. The complex is in center and only 50 meters from the biggest super market in the area. Unfortunately the public transportation stops at 11 in the night and we had to take a taxi to come back from the museum.

  Little gem!

  Apartment was quite large. Anything you needwd, you just had to ask! Thank you Nikos for the lend of the pot to make Greek coffee and your demonstration of how to make it. Supermarket is just down the road. We rented a car for the very first time which Nikos sorted out and then promptly he got a map and drew places that may interest us. Thank you for looking after us. Love the bar owners

  Great Family Holiday.

  We are very sad to leave today, we havr had a fantastic week here. The Apt absolutely spotless & no noise to wake our 3 Yr old up. Very safe & hosts always on hand to help.. Location is the key as we have stayed out before and Taxis & long walks you don't need.. Great place to stay highly recommend...

  Strong mold smell

  Strong mold smell. You will wake up because of that smell and your clothes will absorb it. No respect for customers issuing this type of room. We were forced to cancel our staying there. Booking photos are totally out of reality.

  Dont know where to start really. Reception was left unmanned all the time, meaning anyone could walk in and take room keys etc, very poor security if you ask me! Room was also cleaned once during our stay, when challenged about it I was patronised and foul language was used in conversation by Nikos the receptionist which I found extremely unprofessional. When the cleaner did finally come into our room and clean it, we had took it upon ourselves to try and clean the towels that they had given us to use (which hadnt been changed in 5 days) as well as our own 2 towels which we had brought. We then hung them out to dry and the cleaner came the same day and took all of the towels, including ours and then had the cheek to say we owed them 30 to replace their towels as they had a few marks on them and tried to say that we had lost one of their towels as well. We had a lengthy argument about it on our last night with Nikos as they had only returned 1 of our towels and the 2nd one they had lost was worth more than the sheets of sandpaper that they called towels, They then reduced the fee to 15. In the end to swallow my pride and stop my night getting ruined I gave them 10 which is what I had in my wallet and was going to give the other 5 before our transfer picked us up on the assumption they would give us the dirty towels that wed paid for, as all they needed was a wash. For them to conveniently not be in reception to give us our towels that wed paid for. And then to add to that the pool wasnt even open every day, for no other reason that I dont think they could be arsed to clean it. And when it was not open the door to the pool area was not locked and had no signage meaning that anyone could just walk in there, and working in pool management in the UK myself I know for a fact that pool should have been behind a locked door. Plant room not running, water level not high enough to skim the top of the water, just a sanctuary for bacteria really. And then on top of it all they told us our check out was at 12pm for the cleaner to let themselves into our room and trying kicking us out at 10am, disgraceful service!!! Only thing that saves it, is it is in a prime location in the beautiful Hersonissos. But theres plenty of other hotels that are as well, so Id definitely advise choosing one of them!
