    Beware of fraud

    They gave us 1 night for 2 pax and then changed the stance and charged for extra breakfast. What a joke. Stay away if you don't want headaches. Ac was also not good So was TV reception not clear despite calling the TV guy 5 times it could not be fixed. Mr Jagdamba, the manager is no doubt a good person but helpless in front of the deceptive and conniving management.

    Realy not good enough

    Firstly, they make good Indian food and have clean towels and sheets. That is about the positives as far as my stay was concerned. The roo was tiny (and I even paid extra for a slightly bigger room), also the room is rather dark and damp and was not really clean when I got in there. The booking had been mishandled, and I ended up paying for a larger room than I had booked, which is ironic since the room I got was really small. The furniture is in bad condition and you do not really want to stay in the rooms; which was unfortunate as I was in Lagos on business and had wanted to get some work done in the evening. The Indian food I had on the first night was quite good, although overpriced for Lagos. All the other meals I had there were terrible and in particular the breakfast buffet is a joke - only it is not funny. Tiny selection of over-boiled and re-heated items. On a slightly happier note, most of the staff were friendly, though not very attentive.

    Good rooms nice place but bad food.

    I stayed here during my 2015 business trip for about a month. The staff were local Nigerians who were really good and co-operative and treated me like friend. Never seen such good and hard working staff. The rooms are clean and property is good with a very pleasant view. The main drawback which annoyed me is the management which is very stingy. The staff is forced to work a lot more than normal working hours and I don't think they are paid well by the owner. The food over here was really very bad that I got serious stomach problem which lasted for many months. The chef during my stay (Indian person) wasn't good and had a lot of hatred for Nigerian staff. So much that every time he used to talk with us and talk against the nigerian staff. I wonder why the owner had kept him. . Fire Incident -- The fire alarm here is improper and during my stay my adjacent room caught fire during night and whole lobby got filled with dense black suit/smoke. When I opened my door it was pitch black coz of smoke/suit and I had to struggle finding way for exit. Please note that my stay was during first half of 2015 but posting the review now and there was no option for selecting 2015 in review page.

    Fraudulent rubbish hotel

    I booked this property via Booking.com. And secured the booking with £77. Lo and behold when I got there on the 13th, I had to pay an extra N18,000 for one night, because the property claimed they did not receive any reservation from Booking.com. I placed a call to Booking.com right there at about 1.30am and the Booking.com representative spoke to the receptionist one Adeola, in my presence with my phone on speaker phone. This receptionist insisted to Booking.com rep.that they did not receive the booking. She placed a call to the boss, an Asian, who insisted that I should pay the full amount but I opted for a night. I was too pissed off to and tired to go to another hotel in the vicinity. Booking.com called the receptionist directly on her phone, it was on speaker phone, that their claim could not be possible because it showed in booking.coms system that confirmed they received the booking and credit card payment. The Asians managing the property together with their Nigerian collaborators are fraudulent set of people in that property. The operation is a scam! It should be shutdown.

    Typical Nigerian hotel by Indian standard

    The place is old, thats why they started to renovate the place without noticing there customers. Crew of hotel is lazy and dont care at all, they more busy watching TV than helping the customers, the place is dirty, full of dust because there is no managing supervision. The Indian manager even doesnt speak to the customers, he dont care about your stay. The only positive is the restaurant food, its tasty, but I would not like to see the kitchen.
