  Not recommended to stay for a longer period!

  So, Hotel Arta is not hotel to spend your vacation or to stay if you are in a businesses trip. This hotel is specially created for weddings parties, the hotel has 5 event halls. You can imagine what is on a weekend day when in every hall is a wedding! The wedding halls are not special, the service is very unfriendly in the most of time and the food has a medium quality.The bathrooms are not very clean . The rooms: are very poor decorated, not very clean: In the worst case I can recommend it only for one night!

  Just for one night

  I was travelling for work and sleept in this hotel just for one night. Bed clean and bathroom clean, that's all. No possibile to have a coffee at 7 am. Huge price compared to the quality. Next time better to find another hotel.

  Nice

  Friendly staff and quiet place. All we expected we received. We were transit to Vienna and we made a rest in Timisoara. Sleep quality is good. Minor problems were quickly resolved by the staff. We will book here again on return!

  I do not recomand this hotel lets say. The rooms are vrey small, with mold smell in the room, the window it is not closing right ,the bathroom door it was not stayng close, the walls are very thin( you can hear from two rooms distance somebody snoring and no active cable tv for 2-3 days( not even 1 active chanel), after that i went to change the room at the reception. She told me she could not change it( in the hotel ware maximum 5 rooms ocupaied)and it is not her problem, i had to talk to sombody else. They solved only the door of the bathroom after that, but they came to put new towels and clean the room at 4 days, i heard sombody talking : hey... do not clean the room every day, and then a curse word Sorry for the lak of pictures, this is the breakfast .

  Terrible experience, do not stay here!

  We arrived to a hot and empty hotel. It reminds us of a scary movie The rude guy at the front desk charged our credit card twice. Gave us rooms on the third floor (there is no elevator) and there wasnt even enough water for a shower. In my room there was a little trickle of cold water but no warm water at all. My parents had cold water pressure but no hot water. When we told the front desk, they said we should take a shower in the morning. In the morning when we checked out the same rude/unprofessional front desk guy told us we were the only people that complained. Breakfast was a joke as well. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with this place. Hotel has a restaurant that was closed at 6:00 pm and we couldnt even get a cup of tea.
