  Love it! Never regret of booking it before going home

  Spent a bit of time before choosing it as we did not intend to stay at the city centre of fukuoka before we flew back to our busy home country . This resort gives you the bit of everything you look for . The moment we drove into the resort we knew its the right choice , absolutely great chosen music in the building that makes you feel like situate in Hawaii. Room is spacious , two double beds, big shower room with view of the habor . How can anyone say no to wake up in a view like this .. Hotel is located next to the outlet mall which your can spend a day on. Did not try the breakfast but surely another great experience with the superb view of its restaurant , we will definitely visit again !

  Amazing stay ~ highlight of my trip !

  This is my second time staying in this beautiful hotel. The hotel is located right inside the Marinoa Outlet Mall and with free parking, it's wonderful for anyone who is driving in Fukuoka/ Kyushu. Even you are not driving, there are bus routes connecting you with most of the main areas in Fukuoka. Location is great, not to mention about the room quality. It's roomy, spotless clean and with a view just like a beautiful picture imagining you are staying in a hotel in Hobart (Tas) by the harbour, under the blue sky. Every room has it's own balcony for you to enjoy the view and the fresh air. The roomy bathroom is also another highlight of the hotel. Staying in this hotel is always a highlight of my trip :)

  Enjoyable Stay

  We had an enjoyable stay here. Friendly and attentive staff. Great selection of breakfast brought to your room. The room was spacious with great view of the yacht club. Free parking! Great location for shopping too! Would love to come again if we visit Fukuoka next time

  Pleasant stay! Will back again for sure!

  Comfortable room with very good view! You may enjoy the sea view at balcony with the in room breakfast. The same view while you are taking the bath. Wonderful! Staff are very supportive and helpful! It is almost connected to a shopping outlet. You can spend a day there! Good for travel with rental car.

  Far from subway but adjacent to an outlet. Has a lot of potential to be great if not for a few shortcomings.

  Room Type: Deluxe Twin The Good: - Nice sea-view room (including bathroom) with balcony overlooking a Marina. - Relatively spacious room. - Located right next to an outlet with a many restaurants and is great for shopping. The Bad: - Worst restroom design for a hotel, there was a urinal in front of the toilet within 15cm !? Imagine sitting down and staring directly at it. I was wondering if it was actually a weir-looking wash basin... but then there is the smell (wouldn't be surprised if some guest uses it as a urinal even if it is a wash basin due to the weird design). - There was a fly in the room. - Breakfast was very limited and bland. - Staff has limited English communication skill. - Small bathtub - The room has a classic door lock so you get a physical key to with a bulky room number plastic tag to carry around. The Verdict: This place has so much potential if they can only fix the restroom and the breakfast.
