  Confortable

  Íbamos de viaje y al caer la noche llegamos a este hotel. Esta bien ambientado, las habitaciones cómodas, buena cama, baño amplio y principalmente todo muy limpio. Perfecto para descansar después de un viaje largo. Cuenta con secador de pelo, plancha, televisor, cafetera, mini refrigerador, aire acondicionado, etc.. Tiene una caja de seguridad que si no se ocupa no la cobran. Tiene una piscina que no pudimos aprovechar. El desayuno de cortesía muy bueno y abundante. Sin duda recomiendo este hotel.

  5 star property at a great rate!

  This motel is every bit as good . . . no . . . its better than the high end properties in the area. Best room we've had in a long time. Great hot tub - and it was clean and actually hot. Vincent at the front desk is a huge asset, made us feel like special guests. Don't know if we'll be in this area anytime soon but, would definitely book this place again if so.

  Single use plastic

  This hotel harms the planet. The guest services are fine, the beds are good and the staff are friendly, but at the expense of the next generations on Planet Earth. The block of soap came in plastic, I unpacked it only to find a completely new block of soap in plastic after housekeeping had been. Why can't I reuse the remainder of yesterdays block of soap, that I wasn't even sharing with anybody? What do they do with the barely started block of soap that they took away? Wasteful and totally unnecessary. I can't understand why the hotel would do this. Does anybody want this? At breakfast, not only most food was packaged in single use plastic, but also all the plates, cups, and cutlery were plastic. A full tray of plastic into the trash for each guest after each breakfast. The amount of trash produced must be enormous at this hotel, and I could see no attempt to recycle any of it. I suppose it saves money compared to washing plates in a dishwashing machine, but such shocking practices are entirely irresponsible and should cease to exist. The fridge was so noisy I had to unplug it to be able to sleep, usually noisy fridges are also energy-inefficient fridges; an efficient fridge wouldn't need to be working at all when the fridge is empty and standing in a frigid room. The label "downtown" in the name is creative. It's probably a 30-45 minute walk to the center. I think it was not possible to open the window so using the noisy A/C was the only way to get fresh air, which is another needlessly wasteful practice. The internet worked well and the bathroom was modern and comfortable. The beds were comfortable.

  Great room for a great price!

  This room was nicely equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. Air worked great on a hot day and bed was comfortable. Staff were very nice! No elevator though, only downfall. Shower curtain extended out wide. Shower head was good. We were passing through. Hot tub felt nice, pool was great.

  Wonderful service

  The front desk Mr.vincent went above and beyond with helping me during my visit the hotel lobby is always in top condition and sanitized 2 a day and the rooms always smell wonderful and kept nice a clean service here is top of the line and I will be staying here more frequently... I have had an outstanding stay at the comfort in all the team members are friendly and have a smile on there face I couldn't expect more from there service
