  Good hotel with a pool!

  As much as people say they don't like Pattaya, I must say that as my first visit solo travelling, it wasn't too bad. I would go back! Trio hotel was located a fair walk from down town, but once there, quite a lot to see and they had a nice shopping mall too. The room was massive, the bed equally big, and comfortable. Cleaning of the room was good. Fantastic bathroom, with a bathtub. Had a little balcony overlooking the pool. Big enough to hang some laundry to dry. Breakfast was good, although not included in the price I paid.

  Nice, Clean, Minimalist Hotel

  Our golfing group of 8 stayed for 3 nights. Located quite a distance from the town center but close to shopping mall Terminal 21 and convenience store. Rooms are clean and functional. A large open air carpark in front of the hotel is convenient for those who drive and in our case, for our minibus driver. Breakfast was a reasonable spread of local fare with the usual salad bar and cereal option. WiFi connection throughout the hotel was good. Only drawback was the hotel staff including the reception could hardly converse in English and were of little help in recommending places nearby to dine or visit.

  Top notch service & most helpful employees

  I gotta say this to begin with, wow! This is my first ever trip to the country of smiles Thailand and the amazing city of Pattaya and my first stay with this beautiful and amazing hotel , J residence. First off the rooms are great big and comfy and clean as can be The view from my balcony on to the pool and trees are a delight when the warmth and sun hits you combing out of a well air conditioning room You just wanna dive in The faculty and the team of employees will make sure of that you feel welcomed from the moment you step your feet into the reception too check inn until you check out. Believe me, I know well what Im talking about after staying here from 23 of July until today the 29 of July. I came with family and friends and had booked my self into this amazing hotel with excellent room service and customer support 5 days shorter then my fellow travelers and got a bit stressed booking a new hotel, which the manager of J residence here self was a angel to help me out to sort out and kindly even let me late check out. She helped me book myself in to a neighbor hotel which is in short distant of J residence and my fellow travelers. Thats not all, they come at once you need anything ore lack anything in your room ore what ever might occur. Always humble and smiling and happy to help Ive dropped in and out of this hotel in the strangest hours and always been met with a smile and that means a whole lot when your on vacay And the best part is that they have a 24 hour room service where you can order fresh made breakfast and dinners straight to your room for a good and nice price and even that with a smile and humbleness They have washing facilities for your laundry and a training room for your setts and goals This maybe my first stay here but not the last I recommend this place with the all of me and can guarantee you will enjoy your time living here as much as I did also Thank you so much for all the service and kindness shown from all the employees and management Five stars all the way in my eyes And a big thank you for Angie With love & respect from room 204 KSK

  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THE BEST HOTEL IN PATTAYA !

  First time to Pattaya . The lobby was simple & elegant . We checked in a three beds room after 8:30 pm .We found something wrong in the bathroom sink . After we informed the Front Desk , a young Gentleman came and fixed it within five minutes . Quick respond to recover. EFFICIENCY ! The room was clean , beds were comfortable , lights were bright . Tea & coffee, bottle water were complimentary . In the morning , we could see the hotel was so beautiful , quiet and peaceful . The pool was so clean . We felt in a happy wonderland . The restaurant was bright with glass window , we could see the flowers and green plants outside . It was a glorious sunny day ! Breakfast was Delicious ,it was Thai and Western style . Assorted bread , cracker , cereals , juices , tea ,coffee , milk , seasonal fresh fruit , assorted salad with dressing .Hot items were grilled pork , deep fried fish , french fried , sausages, fried vegetables , fried rice , fried noodles, assorted stirred fried meat , congee , vegetable soup . PLENTY CHOICES ! Egg cooking station Chef Mr. Pall made your egg orders, willing to cook any style ,he could remember what did you ask for yesterday . PROFESSIONAL ! Waitress Ms.Pim was a very good , attentive , hard working lady , she always cleaning and reset tables , takes care every guest . FRIENDLY SERVED WITH SMILE ! Breakfast buffet was finished at 10 am , Chef replenished hot and cold items at 9: 45 am to make sure every guest enjoy the meal to last minute . OUTSTANDING FINE DINNING RESTAURANT SERVICE ! The public area LADY ATTENDANCE clean the lobby , mop the floor and restroom very clean and tidy . WELL DONE , GOOD JOB ! The Front Desk ladies , Concierge were friendly and helpful . EXCELLENT HOSPITALITY ! Shuttle bus was a BONUS to the shopping malls , beaches , night markets . HAVE FUN ! FINALLY I WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU TRIO SISTER HOTEL---HOTEL J PATTAYA FRONT DESK MS .VISA WHO WILLING TO OFFER ASSISTANCE TO CHECK THE BANGKOK BUS STATION AND SCHEDULE . AMAZING EXTENDED MILES SERVICE TO A NEW KID IN TOWN . DEEPLY APPRECIATED ! Over all , a good memories in PATTAYA , unforgettable wonderful stay , GREAT STAFF with smile ! Definitely I will tell everyone if you want the BEST HOTEL in PATTAYA , Please stay in HOTEL J RESIDENCE ! I will be back BECAUSE OF LIFE STYLE WITH NO BOUNDARIES !

  A friendly hotel with helpful staff, good breakfast and free shuttle service

  Having found the hotel on TripAdvisor, I made the reservation through Booking.com. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room with double and single beds, fridge, microwave, sink unit, balcony plus a flat screen telly. The room was very clean and the bathroom well equipped. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a selection of eggs freshly cooked to order plus Western and Oriental dishes. We discovered the Free Shuttle Service which runs during the day to Central Fiesta opposite the beach and at night to Walking Street. Recommended
