  CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM OWNERS REQUIRES ATTENTION

  After confirming 2 apartments one with ground floor access for my 70+ parents and pool view they were given the garden view room on arrival. After complaining and spending 2 hours of our holiday conversing with Murat and Emine they finally moved the other couple out and after a clean moved my parents into the correct pool view room. Bad experience from the start.Having lived in Turkey for a number of years this is the first time I have experienced this level of service. At one point they wanted us to wait 3 days to move in when the other couple checked out. Turkish people are renowned for their helpful nature. Neither Murat or Emine came to ask if we were ok after this initial experience and avoided us once we asked about pool umbrellas which never materialised and lots of other stated facilities were missing. For self catering apartment there is not enough mugs, crockery, saucepans, iron, ironing board, airer, pool umbrellas which are all listed on the website. These items came in dribs and drabs from their staff during our stay but NOT the pool umbrellas. There are not enough sun loungers for the rented apartments, not enough space in the sun by the pool in peak season. Our time there was fine as nobody else joined us by the pool. If all apartments were rented this would be a different matter and especially if people smoked by the pool area as they would be directly in front of your apartment. You are 150 metres from the 3 biggest nightclubs in Kemer which can be heard until 4am in the top floor apartments. There is no front desk to query anything so unless you can get hold of the owners whilst in the resort you are very much on your own. Very disappointed at the level of service provided by the Turkish owners.

  SHOCKING!!! photos 15 years out of date.

  Absolutely shocking place.We booked through booking.com ,the photos looked lovely and reviews good. But I'm sure they must have written the reviews themselves.Please make sure you look at the photos to see this is not an exaggeration!!!! We spent ages in a taxi unable to find the complex as it was so run down we drove past four times.We now realise this part was probably the reception that was now non existent. When we finally found it ,we were met my the owner who was not happy it was so late.The first thing he done was ask for payment.I immediately realised it wasn't the triple deluxe room we had booked and said i didnt want to pay until we had discussed it.He said i would need to sort it out with his wife the next morning. She Arrived with a bottle of champagne and said the only thing they could do was move us the following week when it was free.I asked for a discount on the room but was told no.At first we thought all was OK but oh how wrong. We realized nothing was as listed. NO restaurant.NO breakfast room, NO bar - this in fact it is another of their properties which is 28 minute walk away! It is near the beach but all the beach is private to the hotels which are actually beach front. The pool was dirty,overgrown and missing pool grills. The gym had sockets hanging off walls,gym equipment broken and covered in mouse/rat droppings. There had been no welcome snacks or water as listed. It was a self catering apartment which had no cork screw,tin opener,or tea towels. And the lovely toiletries were actually a used bar of soap! We should have had a lovely spa bath but had a shower which didnt drain away. As you can imagine -we didn't stay! but we ended up paying for accommodation elsewhere . Booking.com & Canik the owners all refuse to refund the cost. Just before we left,we met another couple who had been booked in for 10 days but had moved elswhere and only returned for their airport transfer pick up! AVOID AT ALL COST!! CANIK also own Mandalin Beach,Vertia Luxury resot,Nikita villas & ,Kemer Villas so beware!

  Superb customer care

  During our stay we had superb customer care from Murat and his Directors. When my wife had an accident they came and helped arrange an ambulance, stayed and helped interpret at the hospital and then made sure that we got back safely. After we had returned home Murat also went not just the extra mile but the extra hundred miles, to help me to retrieve money from a local tour company that we were owed as a result of a trip cancellation after my wife's accident.
