  Clean, Comfortable & Friendly.

  The man at reception was very friendly, helpful & spoke English. The room was large. The bed was very comfortable. There was a flat screen television & fridge. The room is nicely fitted out. Shower pressure was great. Free parking & internet. A lovely beer garden/restaurant is also offered in the outside area. I did not eat breakfast in the hotel, but a short 5 minute walk took me directly into the quaint town where you can find bakeries and a couple of lovely restaurants that do a good breakfast. The location for us was close to where we needed to be, but we drove. I am not sure about public transport in the area itself. I would stay here again and recommend it.

  Excelent

  As i entered into the town i faund gentile helpfull people . The hotel it is placed well in good location, very clean- well organised -profesional personal .. breckfast it will fill you well for the day :) . I must say Hotel Olga deserves 10 stars as i have no complains at all .. CIAO

  Location Location Location

  Because of very old reviews I almost skipped HKO, I am sooooo glad that I decided they were old reviews and a bit weird cause I ended up extending my Ellwangen stay because I was so comfortable at Hotel Königin Olga. 1st, this place is close to everything, city center, train station, a market, restaurants and a pharmacy. Big Score. The rooms were of a nice size as was the bath, shower was modern and heating was wonderful. The staff, possibly owners, were wonderful, kind and considerate. Anything I needed from directions to a cup of coffee was available. And quiet at night, pin drop type of quiet and in the morning the town bell was a soft coo not so close, never an issue.

  Very nice & clean facility, down in the Altstadt.

  For people travelling by rail, this hotel is VERY close to the Hauptbahnhof in Ellwangen. Very nice room, clean and quiet. Free Internet in room, and breakfast included at my 64 Eu per person price. Only drawback is the break during midday where access is limited to those with electronic keys. No personnel at the desk from 12:00 to 14:00.

  Comfortable and convenient

  Visiting Ellwangen for a wedding, this hotel was a comfortable and convenient place to stay - in a very pretty town. My only negative was that the room overlooked the beer garden, and the noise (it was not massively noisy, just a constant buzz of conversation) goes on until quite late - so not ideal if you want an early night. The window was double-glazed but this does not keep out all the noise.
