  Love this hotel!

  I have been in Alanya many times! Lived at different hotels with different standard, but I most say I really enjoyed my stay here the most! You get more than you pay for, the staff is amazing both in the hotel and the spa :) I can really recommend the spa :) love the girls who work there so friendly, nice and they take care of you a lot! We stayed for 14 days and it felt like home. Metin in the bar is one of the most caring and sweetest person I ever meet!! He does the best cocktails and he is so service minded :) we miss him! And the food was sooooo good! The hotel rooms were ok, we had a big apartment and the cleaning ladies did a very good job.. You don't hear the traffic and its not noisy! We stayed at floor 2. The hotel is not far from the beach or the city centrum :)

  Holiday

  We stayed in the Lavinia for 10 days with our family and it was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff who were all so kind and courteous. The view from our balcony was beautiful as were the food and drinks. We can't wait to come back again next year, thank you for a lovely stay.

  Not a good choice

  Stayed in this apart hotel one week in october 2016. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Reception staff not helpful at all. They even charge you for poor internet connection. Even at beaches in Alanya they have free internet connection. Staff were not friendly and I never felt myself welcome at this hotel. Beds in room really not comfortable.

  Next time I choose this hotel

  Very Nice hotel and personel very friendly. Even when I just came to visit my friend they where very friendly. Near to the beach, Nice pool and bar. The room where my friend stayed was so nice and what a view.

  Like family

  We always stay at Lavinia when in Alanya. Very nice and friendly staff, and the pool area is wonderful. The rooms have not been renovated for some years, but the beds are really comfortable and the cleaning service is very good. If you are missing something, the staff will fix it for you without problem. If you are looking for a hotel you will come back to again and again, look no further, this is it! The staff is helpful with everything, from transfer to airport to calling restaurants for free pick up service. The food in the kitchen at Lavinia is delicate and tasteful! We recomend this place!!
