Two couples spent one night here. Very goodTwo couples spent one night at the Auberge. We found the rooms very good. The best was dinner with the Table d'hote which was reasonably priced and excellent. We enjoyed our evening. We did not use the spa facilities.

Hidden gem of MontrealNo cons: above and beyond! Wow! We've found this place accidentally approaching Montreal and searching through the list of pricey and low-rated hotels to stay overnight. We were so pleased to stay here, this place is amazing and we regret, that we had to check out next day. We'd like to stay here more than one day, because the island itself is beautiful especially in fall season. Spa complex is the place where you can hangout all day long - hot tubes, sauna, hammam, pool, palm trees and etc will make you feel like you're somewhere is California. That is not 5 star place, but very good mid-range spa-spot. Rooms are huge and ours was equipped with fireplace and windows were facing The River of Thousand Islands. We will definitely stay here again next time we'll be in Montreal. P.S. Breakfast was good enough, see attached photos.

Good place to stayFriendly check-in, check-out. At check-in you get a wristband automatically put on (like in a hospital) for pool usage and breakfast. Our room preference was not honored, the hotel was booked out. However we had a quiet room. No street noise audible. The room was clean. We were pleased with the room. The hotel is in a quiet location. The pools are very nice to swim in. The breakfast has a nice choice of food and was very good.

Very dissapointedWe stayed 1 night at loasis de lîle and we were very disappointed. The hotel is very dirty, the carpet in the hallways are full of stains, a disgusting smell, the furniture in the room is outdated and has a lot of scuffs, etc. The spa was even worst, its not properly maintained, the water was very dirty, weeds growing through the interlock, hammocks were broken and the dock full of holes. The only good think about this place was the restaurant, the food was really good. I would definitely not return to this place and would not recommend it. A lot of updating and maintenance is needed. Its too bad since the location is great!

Positive and negativeThis is a very cute little place on an island. The hotel was very nice, massages were excellent. I have only ever had one massage better than this and it was in Old Montreal. Denis is a master. The food in the dinner restaurant is superb. The outdoor baths do need a lot of work. The sauna is not working and neither was the steam room. A big staff need to do a thorough cleaning of the baths and the hot tub needs to be hot not warm. Overall we were glad we went and would probably go again. Not on a weekend though as they sell day passes and it is very crowded.
