  Just one night stayed here during my weekend. This location of this hotel are recommended, due to the location close with Dreamland, Kelapa, etc. The quality of sleep were good and staff really helpful. The breakfast, I think is bad for four star hotels standard and need to be concerned with the cleanliness of the restaurant. and no swimming pool here.

  Dirty, Far, Disappointing

  I stayed here from 9 to 11 Sept 2017. At first, i thought this hotel was a promising hotel since the building is big and modern from the outside. But the service was very terrible : 1. They change the bed sheet every 3 days (I asked the housekeeper), they didn't care eventhough the sheet was dirty. 2. The towel was unproperly washed and it looked like a dirty rag. 3. The wifi and breakfast (Indonesian Style) was average. 4. It was so hard to find and uber/grab driver who wanted to go to this hotel, because it was far away from the hotel complex gate (Taxi was way to expensive). *They also didn't allow uber/grab to go in to the hotel complex. 5. They didn't have swimming pool, but they gave you free ticket to waterpark, but the waterpark was dirty. 6. There was no sign of where was the smoking area, so the guests just smoked everywhere. 7. The receptionist was rude, when i asked him to fixed my room card for the second time and i asked him "This time it will works, right?" He just unpolitely said "Just try". FYI, my room and the lobby was far and one of the lift was broken, so it was very troublesome. 8. The TV remote was dusty, the TV was broken, there were no tv guidance or phone list (To receptionist, house keeping, etc). Overall, i definitely didn't want to repeat my stay here.

  Friendly staff

  Had a special occasion there,the staff very friendly and helpfull. Room is not too good. Far from tourist attraction and if you dont have your own vehicle it can be hard,since there is only few grab or uber who like to pick up from there.

  Need improvement alot

  I stayed in this large hotel just for 2 working days. I spend days out of hotel. I disapponted with this hotel because its looks not well maintain. First. The cleanliness. I found my bed so dusty so I call housekeeping to change the bedsheet at night. Second. The bathtub with shower. They dont provide shower curtain so easily spoil the floor. Then the tub so high, not easy to come in or out especialy for elder on WET floor. They only provide 2 shower towels only not sets of 3 for this standart of hotel. Third. The breakfast too simple for a four stars hotels. Though there is an egg station but they cook omelette only without any toppings.. and no plate (I should bring plate from other station) The hotel physics itselfs looks awesome but it pity they are not maintain well

  Pleasant and Affordable Stay

  We came in a group of 8 persons, stayed in deluxw room. It was a nice room and bathroom. The location is in Pecatu area near Garuda Wishnu Kencana Cultural Park, so you have to go in to Pecatu Indah resort, follow the road, it located after New Kuta golf. They don't have a swimming pool but you can use a swimming in Klapa resort for free. Their rate package was including breakfast for 2 persons, 2 tickets with transfer to Dreamland Park. Affordable stay.
