  "Peaceful stay & lovely memories with Hotel Mirage & staff"

  I was here from 15 to 20 May 2018 with my family,I was very much worried to carry a risk & go to Srinagar due to various news,But when I reached here in this hotel,the hotel team gave me homely feel just like a family ,The staff assured us that we are totally safe. Mr.Zulfi (Manager),he himself came with us for the full day for local sight seeing so that we should just enjoy & remove the unsafe feeling from our mind. One of my family member was not well he was totally sick with high fever ,the manager himself guided us & came with us to hospital ,suggested good doctor & he got totally well in one day .So its really appreciable the team is very kind. We were really treated very well & special .I would rhighly recommend this hotel for every one who ever goes to Srinagar.This is not only good hotel but also good hospitality,good team,special feeling with special care. I am very much thankful specially to Mr.Zulfi,Mr.Omer Shah & his Mom. Below are some appreciated points in hotel, 1.Very good Hospitality 2.Good & very kind staff 3.The Owner (Mr.Omer Shah & his mother),they themselves have a conversation with guest & welcome them. 4.Each & every requirement of the guest is taken care by the Hotel 5.Very Good Ambienece of Hotel ,Sorrounded by Garden & colourful flowers. 6.Bonfire facility is available 7,Good food & Kashmiri Kawa (Tea) very tasty 8.Good Reasonable rates & Package (including transport,stay,breakfast,dinner)

  Very comfortable stay

  The Mirage is a wonderful hotel with very comfortable, large rooms. It looks rather simple from the outside but inside it is elegant and very modern. Our room was a suite with plenty of room including a large sitting area. The staff were most helpful and went out of their way to print our boarding passes and to get us set up on the Wi-Fi which worked very well. Diner was excellent but breakfast was a big disappointment seeing that it was very sparse - omelet with hard toast.

  Best Hotel

  Best Hotel to stay for family. Excellent service. Staff approach too good. Tasty food and in surplus quantity. Rooms are bigger. Garden with Born fire and music. Very Cosy and comfortable. Hotel location is nearby airport.

  AMAZINGLY COURTEOUS HOSPITALITY

  We were a group of three families. Eleven members totally. we had a great experience at mirage. The staff are so humble. friendly. the rooms were so spacious. well maintained. all facilities to the mark. children enjoyed the stay. the mornings were beautiful in their lavish lawns. birds chirping and flowers blooming... they were special. special mention to aunty.... she was with us like a mother in the dining ... zulfi... the manager... did everything to make us comfortable ... and one particular staff Mr Omar .... he handled all our needs and was on his toes. great team work. keep it up. definitely recommended hats of to a Good property (Mr Omer shah)

  Stay At Hotel Mirage

  One of the best in Srinagar. Class apart hotel, great people make you comfort like home. Strongly recommend for people travelling with Kids. Location is center of city, best for people want to make sringar as hub and want to explore Gulmarg, sonmarg, Pahalgao.
