  Pleasant stay in a great location.

  Noel Business Hotel is a 2 minute walk away from the main strip of Haeundae Beach and less than a 5 minute walk from the Haeundae subway station. Check in process was smooth and the staff were very attentive. We booked the room with two twin beds and it offered plenty of space and storage for two people. The hotel is in a quiet area and we had no trouble with the noise level even though Haeundae beach is a very touristy spot! Our room came with breakfast, it was simple but sufficient.

  Terrible Customer Service

  So I made a booking at this place quite early in the morning to extend my stay in Busan.. Got a good deal through Agoda, 45% discount. Hotel calls, asks how much I paid for the hotel (so I tell them) rhen they proceed to tell me that there were no rooms available. I then told them that the booking had been confirmed and even sent them screenshots to confirm this to which they responded by basically saying it was my fault that I had made my booking very early so they didn't have time to change the room prices. Obviously this wasn't my fault, but they offered no help. Only suggesting that I cancel the booking. The customer service lady from Agoda told me the hotel had refused to respond to her. Thanks for nothing Noel Business Hotel

  Good hotel in Haeundae

  Ut is not that easy to choose a hotel in Busan in 3 stars, cauuse Korea doesnt have much hotel chains, so I choosed for the location and the distance from the metro first. The price was important too! This hotel is great for the price/quality. Nice, clean, friendly staff Woul reccoment for the short stay 2-3 nights and if you want to stay at Haeundae, it is 3 mins walk to the beach!

  Friendly staff, functional room

  Our room was a bit dark as the frosted window faced out to a wall but it had hall the things you need in a room and the bed was very comfortable. Wifi was good and AC worked fine, the AC remote is in korean but there are english translations on a poster in the elevator! The worst thing about the room was the the the toilet and shower are separate rooms so each have sliding doors that do not seal off most sound from the bed area and is actually pretty close to it because the room is small. Not a huge problem but should bear in mind. Staff at reception were helpful and spoke enough english. Laundry is available for free - you just put your own washing in the machine but there's no dryer. Okay location, 5 mins walking distance to beach. Overall good stay, loved the staff.
