  Nice small & convenient hotel

  It's nice to see this small hotel that is conveniently located. Staff are great - and kept my room clean and well stocked. It is, however, loking tired inside the units. I had to move to another room as the first one assigned to me was rusty all over and the AC was falling apart. I was moved to another unit which had a better AC. The bathroom was not that much better though. The toilet seat was not secure, the shower glass wall was all rusty and the sink was partly clogged.

  Good value

  I stayed 5 nights at Premiere citi suites. Good location. Spacious, comfortable and clean rooms with individual wifi. The staff was at all times helpful and well disposed. The breakfast was a bit disappointing but overall its a good place to stay. Would come again.

  Big rooms and clean, but...

  I have stayed a couple of times in the last years at Premiere Citi Suites, and I just stàyed there twice times again in a deluxe room. The rooms are big and feature one big and one single bed, a couch, a fridge, a safe and a tv with enough channels to choose from. A disappointment in room 306 was the bathroom. The shower was weak and didn't get hot, in room 301 the water was more strong and hot. Two sachets of shampoo and soap are provided but that's it, the rest needs to be bought. WiFi is provided and it's fast enough, WiFi mostly isn't the fastest in hotels in the Philippines. There is a water dispenser on each floor which is we really appreciated. Locationwise it's a couple of hundred metres away from Mango where there are a lot of restaurants and bars. Just around 100 meters away there is a newly opened supermarket, next door is a branch of Bo's Coffee, the Café Barako opposite the hotel is no more . Breakfast is included and it's served on the roof deck. You have some options to choose from, all tasted good but the servings are not really big, it's just good enough for starting the day. I paid around 25 per night which means a pretty good value for money in my opinion. I'm not sure if I will book the hotel again next time, there are a lot of hotels in the area...

  AMAZING ACCOMODATION

  The room is quietly good and the food as well the hotel is close to the city and accessible in all types of transportation and the room have enough spacious that you can able to relax, the hotel staff is really accomodating.

  Always stay at Premiere City Suites when hanging around Mango Square

  Location draws me back to this Hotel. Clean rooms, friendly service and away from the main streets of Mango Square... within strolling or staggering distance of most night spots.. There's a mint backpackers just around the corner (200m) with a great ambiance bar / restaurant for catch up drinks but if you require a self contained neat room at a very affordable rate I recommend this Hotel.
