fairly okhotel was fairly ok, has a lower/basement sections, where the cheaper rooms are.pls keep away from those rooms. lightening is poor in most of the rooms, their light bulbs are dim, and not very bright. staff are helpful, but not very professional. some of the rooms have a damp funky smell. wifi poor, wasn't able to use it. signal also very poor on the lower level/basement rooms

Not bad as a budget optionFor business visitors to Nigeria on low budgets - such as I - this is a perfectly good option if you can't afford the likes of the rather nice Nordic Villa (about $100 a night). Prices here are about a third of that, and while the hotel is a bit more basic in terms of appointment, it does have a small pool, which is nice. There's a restaurant bar too - not a huge range on the menu but the noodles with veg were very good, IMO. Internet a bit intermittent, yes, but I've seen worse (ie no working internet at all) Overall, a good option for the price. Staff polite, and good and reliable drivers on hand to do airport runs etc, if my limited experience of them was anything to go by,

Stay AwayVery poor and unprofessional front desk staff. I have stayed at many similar hotels as this and have never been treated with such disdain as from the three girls that work at this hotel front desk. Their only concern was to make me pay the highest rate they could get me to pay at any given time. They act as if they received a commission to upsell the guest. When I arrived I was quoted a price by the morning staff then the evening staff refused to honor that price and I had to wait till the same young lady came back to work the next day and was adjusted then. At one point IIabkr to book online at a very much cheaper rate that was fully confirmed but was then told by the front desk that they had was going to decline that reservation as they have asked the site not to discount thier rooms. I told them that they should not hold the customer accountable for their management issues. I was repeatedly ignored, argued with, and down talked to anytime I came in contact with the front desk as I stayed 9 days and was reluctant to move due to lots of luggage. My normal hotel option in that price range was being refurbished and unavailable. Every room has one issue or the other . Lower rooms smell moldy and the internet is intermittent. The AC units either are nosiy or don't cool properly. Some fridges don't work. Some electrical outlets broken and shower curtains too short to be properly used. I had to change 3 rooms before finding one that was decent. Security is very weak at the front gate and the reception desk. A visitor just walked in and came to my door without being announed. The bar men and housekeepers was quite decent . Food was tasty and requests from the bar were quickly delivered. Sheets and towels were clean and bright. The duvet was a bit soiled. They have a small minimalist gym which if updated with better equipment could have been nice and useful. Rooms/ bathrooms were clean. Overall hotel is a no go unless you limit your expectations and go with the flow though I have seen worse but could be a lot better with a little effort.

HOME FROM HOMEIn fact l was convinced with their services especially from their front desk ,they have a very good customer service that can promote the image of the hotel. Those girls are working too hard . Actually there are some challenges like poor internet not totally off but fluctuates ,at times instability of light, pleases the management should make sure that their generator is 2/4/7 ,they are good . From my own understanding ,it is not easy , Their rooms are good especially the 1st and 2nd floor rooms, housekeepers are cleaning well. Their apartments are so nice l and my family enjoyed it. Their food are so nice especially the nsala soup ,the restaurant services are ok l was impressed ,l gave them 80% keep it up.
